this hotel proved to be the highlight in a two week tour covering melbourne, the yarra valley and the western half of tasmania including launceston and hobart. the proprietors attitude was outstanding and followed through to staff, services provided and at a very competitive price. it was indeed a pleasure to stay there.

A very conveniently located hotel. The staff was extremely obliging and helpful. Breakfast which was included in the tariff was most enjoyable and satisfying. A good value mid-range hotel which met all of our requirements.
