Great location. Update needed in all area. This hotel is located at the intersection of Highway One and the road to USA customs - very convenient access to both highways. New furniture, linens and lots of paint would make a big difference.

Great location. Inside and outside looked old and tired. This Best Western Hotel did not meet the usual standard of the Best Western name.The linens were clean, the bed quite comfortable and the furniture adequate.

Separate bedroom with TV, lots of restaurants very close, scenic view. Hot tub too hot. We were very impressed with the over all benefits of this hotel. We would stay here again. But when will hotels learn to turn down the temperature of their hot tub.

Staff tried hard. Older, not updated and motel style. This place was ok for a roadside stopover but not really much more.

Clean and comfortable. No hand lotion. This motel is a clean and comfortable place to stay. The motel is very convenient to the 1, the U.S. Canadian border, and to many restaurants. Timmy's is within walking distance, as is Starbucks. It is close to some shopping, also.

Parking is free, and wireless internet is free. The carpet looks dirty. It's as expected of a motel. The bed is somewhat comfortable, and the bathroom is fairly clean.

Close to freeway exit. Old but clean. Worst bed I have ever slept in! Sore back in the morning. This is an old hotel with new paint acting as a renovation when the place needs a major uplift. Lots of kids running around. The access to the second level is awkward having to climb up a flight a stairs and then down a flight before getting to the exterior walkway. Noisey when people walk and talk outside your room. The beds are horrible. I would not stay here again.

Convenient nice pool and Jacuzzi. Its a venerable old hotel. I've stayed here before. Its clean and convenient type hotel, needs a full refurbish, which it isn't likely to get cause its usually busy. Its a great place for a quick swim and sleep.

It was close to the freeway. This is actually a motel where you park your car outside your door. We were very disappointed in this hotel. This is not a 2* hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It really was a motel in every way. Old and new mixed, clean but not quiet. Will not stay here again.

Clean, small fridge, comfortable bed. Crappy customer service! Staff did not smile; cold and unfriendly tone! I used to work in the customer service industry, so I know the importance of good customer service. i.e. smile, use friendly tone, go "the extra mile" for the customer. Unfortunately, most people I encounter in this field in British Columbia have the crappiest customer service I've experienced. Customer service was mediocre at best! Everything else (room, cleanliness, etc.) was fine.

This hotel was easy to find and has an excellent location for traveling in the area. The bed was very old and thus uncomfortable. We enjoyed the plan of the hotel - there was room to work in a private area.

The location was good. Their was no breakfast. The staff was rude. I could not sleep because of all the noise from the highway and upstairs rooms. It was very noise and I had a hard time sleeping. You could hear everything that went on in the room above you and outside. I did not get a good sleep. The staff seemed rude to me and didn't greet me or anything.
