When we entered the room, the first thing we noticed was the table was dirty with a sticky substance all over it - it had not been cleaned. Then the bedside table had a roach crawling on it. It was awful. However, the hotel staff was very accomodating and friendly. I would not recommend this hotel for anything business-wise at all. I was also very very sick with bronchitis that began the very night I checked in. Overall - not very happy about the whole thing.

I was here for a wedding and did not want to drive home. they let me check in after 12 pm and the room was very cool and comfy. my bed was soft and warm.

I came in for my granddaughters birthday party and did not get in till late. When I waked through the door I was greeted very warmly by the desk clerk check in only took about five min. When we walked in to our room the AC was already on and the room and it was very comfortable. When we woke up and went to breakfast we could smell it cooking when we got to the atrium and the food was exelent. And speaking of the Atrium I have never stayed in a hotel with live plant life all around so I thought that was very special. I would recomend this hotel to any one who is going to be in the area.

i was genuinely surprised to find this hotel so beautiful they have put in a lot money to make this great. enjoyed the stay. great rooms. their breakfast buffet was very good. worth the dollars spent. would recommend to anyone.

first, auditor told us upon check-in, "pool was closed'. i called BW on Wed. of trip and they said pool was open. auditor said basically i was lying. Toilets did not flush on first try, imagine that, second or third time they did though. bathrooms-dirty. employees, not invested. shower head not working, spuirting water. Bad experience, never again only reason we stayed was due to the weather (ice and rain).

2 words: Serta Matresses! These were the most comfortable rooms I've stayed in! The staff was very friendly and helped with directions in town. The pool and hot tub were fun, too.

"Came to Creekstone and was told to stay at the new Best Western. Hmmmm......it was not new, it looked like a remodel job gone bad. Overlooked that but when I got to my room the bed was so uncomfortable, almost like an old bed and I did not sleep well at all. Woke up to screaming kids in the pool and a bug (roach) crawling in the tub. I was scheduled to stay for four nights, I checked out and drove to Ponca City and stayed at the Comfort Inn there. Unfortunately Arkansas City does not have any decent hotels."

The Remodel of This hotel was done haphazardly and pictures online are deceiving. Service desk were RUDE RUDE RUDE. STay in another city!

"The BW has really unfriendly employees that were unwilling to help with a messed up reservation. Will NEVER stay in this town again. The rooms at the BW are so DIRTY. I did not believe this hotel has been remodeled, just sugar coated and not nice at all. Very very DIRTY."

They brag that they spend 1 million on renovations. Funny. Not sure where they did that besides bedspreads and paint. Still a disgusting hotel. Go somewhere else. Staff are rude and not helpful. Bugs Bugs Bugs. They have a problem with bugs here and filthy rooms. Their housekeepers need coaching. Nasty nasty.
