I was in Melbourne for just one night and needed to do a few things in the city center, so i found the location of this hotel to be perfect. It is across the street from the Southern Cross Station where the airport bus dropped me off. The check in and check out went smoothly, and we had very friendly service. The room had all the basics I needed for a quick overnight stay, but I wasn't able to check out much else in the hotel, so no comments on that. This hotel worked well for my needs.

This is a top quality hotel situated close to the free citylink tram,telstra dome and the casino & shopping. We were able to walk every where including over the road to a large supermarketand DFO The breakfast (included) was great as well. The view was the best as well

Out of city although trams everywhere, great location for Skybus users Great value for money. We where at rear of building so very quiet. Will stay here again.

Hotel was picked for easy access to/from Skybus shuttle at Southern Cross Station and free City Circle tram. I used same hotel on a previous stay. This time around the experience was not as good. Daily maintenance amounted to changing the towels, empting the garbage and straightening the bed. The sheets were not changed nor were the floors cleaned during my 3-night stay. Free breakfast was adequate.

Location was excellent. Southern Cross railway station was approximately 5 minutes walking distance. It would be even better if it had a bathtub.

Always stay here when visiting Melbourne. Convenient, Efficient & Clean! Transport A+++++ (trains, trams & airport bus) outside the front door. Staff were more than accommodating to ensure I was happy.

An excellent hotel, well appointed, very nice clean room and lovely bathroom. Well situated: a short walk from Spencer St Station. Air conditioning was a welcome relief during heatwave in Melbourne. Great restaurant (Il Sole) practically next door (recommend the honey mustard chicken). Staff were very helpful and breakfast was a good price at $8 each. Would definitely recommend, and would stay there again.

everything is good but they didn't tell me that car park is not free, I pay for 2 day but only park one day.

stayed a few nights, very basic rooms, not even a toaster or cutlerly supplied. service average. "room with a view" was a cement wall. Rooms very bright from about 5.30am. would be fine to stay one night, wouldnt recommend more.

Atlantis Hotel had the most helpful and friendly staff we have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble. This was the best hotel stay we have ever had, and we told them so as well. Atlantis is having an upgrade with more rooms being added and even with all the work happening the hotel was so very quiet. We will definately stay at the Atlantis on our next visit as it is so central with the free trams and trains on their doorstep.

We stayed here earlier this year and we really liked it so decided to stay here again at our next visit to Melbourne. Lovely staff, spacious room, good breakfast and very handy location to DFO (if you like shopping) and Southern Cross. Not far from the city or the Casino either! Highly recommended!

Perfect place to enjoy Melbourne and especially Docklands. This was our 2nd stay and we would not hesitate to stay at the Atlantis again.

Good, clean hotel for the business traveller who doesn't have a big budget. Stones throw from main train station, CBD and shuttle bus to airport. Very friendly service at reception. Exceptionally clean. Only small thing was that the maintenance people need to do their job better because two bedside lamps didn't work and nor did the TV remote.
