The location is perfect. There was lack of staff in lobby area (1 or max 2). The pool is a complete disaster. It look like someone loves concrete surface more the a pool. There is enough space to make the pool twice larger. The pool is a bath tub for 5-7 people. Reastaurant was empty. We were the only clients. My wife got sick after eating dinner. All next day she had to stay in our room. Parking is very costly but it's a problem of most of hotels located in that area.

If ocean front room, great view! Limited parking options. Great view. Ideal mid beach location in a quiet family area that is just 2 miles from the south beach attractions.

Very outdated rooms. Great oceanfront view (only good thing). Rude staff. Laundry machines old and not properly working. Parking was a NIGHTMARE - far and VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!! Restrauant NOT good AND overpriced!!

It's getting harder to find hotels these days who pay attention to the service they are SUPPOSE to offer, which is clean, comfortable rooms and friendly hospitality. This hotel was better then others I've stayed at. Spacious, nice restaurant and staff in it. Front desk - well, when you hire younger staff, you don't get the maturity. Sorry, but most of the younger folks know little about hospitality and respect, they just want a paycheck! We had a quick check in and early too, by 12:30! I didn't get the room I reserved even with follow-up e-mails as well as a letter directly to the hotel. I reserved a King room but was given a Handicapped room. It was spacious so we kept it. The bed was a mess! Looked like it was made in a rush. Never seen a bed like that before and I travel ALOT. (I'm a Travel Agent) There was trash left in both waste baskets from the previous guest. And their dirty towels and wash cloths left too!! The Hotel industry is hiring inexperienced people looking for "easy" work but put alot of pressure on them to do their work in little time. Your'e lucky if you can find a place who offers a thoroughly cleaned room and bathroom these days. If you don't want to eat in a restaurant who serves food on a previous customers dirty plate, you certaqinly don't want a hotel who gives you a dirty room from MANY previous guests! I don't want to see a trace of anything from a previous guest. Reality is, we find oursleves bringing our own disinfectants and cleaning supplies to tidy up before we feel comfortable. What a shame! Nice boardwalk, beach, bar, restaurant.

our room was dirty, our socks were black from the dirty carpet, the bathroom floor was sticky. waited for 1 hour for simple food from restaurant, short staffed they said!! great liars at front desk!!!!!! informed them the next morning that we did not get their courtesy morning paper, was told to steal one from another floor. very disappointed in this hotel.

the first night we slept there. there was a false alarm fire. they screamed theres a fire at 2am and there really wasnt one. the second night there i found urine on the bottom of my mattress pad. never will i stay there again. one good thing is is that they correct all problems and gave us a conplimentary lunch

Very misleading. Check in is a big mess and only one front desk person is available. The floors are sticky and the pool towels are old. The pool is the size of a jacuzzi. No one is helpful unless you insist to be helped. It is very far from any restaurant or bar. After all that...they double charged our card by mistake and then took 24 hours to send a fax to our bank to explain the mistake. We had to call them about 20 times before they did anything! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This is not the cheapest hotel on Miami Beach and you can do better!

First i felt really comfortable until i was lying on one of the beds and noticed something from the corner of my eyes....my first instinct is to crush... It was a bed bug full of blood on white sheets. Yuk. I feel so uncomfortable after that i called down to the front desk and was told that a manager would get back to me. i had time check out , lodged another written complaint at the front desk . the clerk threw it in the garbage. Took the time to put my concern in writing to the head office of BW. All i got was an apology. Because my stay after that time was not the best feeling, i felt the least they could of done was taken something off of my fianl bill. I would not stay there again... when you sleep with dogs expect to get flees.

Liked the beach and facilites behind the hotel. Had to park my car a block away & couldn't leave parkade without being charged extra. Hotel was ok, just a little too much purfume being used for what ever reason. Good location but it was not so much having to park the car a block away but that Iknewthat it would cost me extra money over and above the $20 fee if I took the car out anytime during my stay.

There are two good things about the hotel - won't break the bank to stay there and the hotel is in a good location (directly on the beach and near stores). The bad things at the hotel are they are extremely busy all the time and it's hard to get questions answered. They put us in a room next to a ice machine where everyone all times of the morning and at night got ice, and the garage always opened and it had a screeching noise, so we didn't sleep. One time we came home from being out all day and our hotel room door was left open and our room wasn't finished from the maid service.

We paid and was supposed to check in on Thursday. However, we missed our flight and flew in Friday morning. We called the hotel to let them know our arrival time for the moring of Friday and requested to check-in that morning since we already paid for Thursday (the night before.) We were assured this will not be a problem. Upon check-in on Friday morning the girl at the front desk told us our reservation were cancelled because of no-show. She also informed us we were not allowed to check-in until 3:00pm and our room wasnot cleaned yet. We then informed here we already paid starting the night before. She didn't said a word just made us sign the check-in form and give us our key card to our room. So she lied to us when she already knew we already paid for the previous night. Later in our stay there seems to be more professional staff. The pool area was not kept clean. I didn't see any staff cleaning up the cups and garbage around the pool. Kids were allowed to eat in the pool.There were not many choices for dinning within the vicinity.

Nice big rooms. No parking. No parking, but wish there had been a recommendation to spend money on airport shuttle, not renting a car. No place to park in the whole town.

The valet at this hotel drink on the job, they even got me 2 parking tickets and refuse to pay for them. The manager X promised to pay them but ignors my calls!!

You had to go down 2 blocks to park your car and there was not valet and it was a very complicated procdure to have your ticket stamped. Then youwould only get 6 dollars off for 24 hours, but you had to keep the car there for at least 12 hours. Right on the beach!That was a plus!
