This hotel is ideally located close to the railway station and to the beach. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance. This is a great hotel to serve as a base for seeing the French/Italian Riviera. We stayed for two weeks and traveled by train on 11 days!! We visited Antibes, Nice, Cannes, St. Paul, Avignon, Grasse, Ventimiglia, Genoa/Cinque-Terre, plus many nice walks in Juan les Pins.The staff is very helpful and the service was excellent. My only complaint was that it was a bit noisy because of the really loud motor scooters/cycles zooming up the street in the wee hours. Having a balcony was also great!!It's a bit far from the airport and, if you have to catch an early flight, the cab fare is terrible! But, there is a shuttle service that's very reasonable if your flight out is in the morning/afternoon. There is bus service available from the airport but if you have large suitcases, it can be a problem on the bus. Can't beat the fare, though (1.30 euro)!! There was also a supermarket a short distance away and a laundry and internet site that sells really good phone cards (calls back to the US were less than 3 cents per minute!!) just a block away. Clean, balcony could see Mediterranean, great breakfast room, half block from train. Nothing to dislike. I was doing business at the canes film festival and it was too late to book in canes.

Very good 3* hotel and excellent location for train, beach and restaurants. Breakfast @ €10 expensive for what you get.

Air Conditioning in bedroom did not seem to be totally effective and bsdroom was very stuffy most of time.

We only stayed one night. The parking is very limited round the back, but parking on the street is available and free overnight. The hotel is nice, and the breakfast was good. The location is excellent. The only problem we had was that our air conditioning didn't work and it was quite hot overnight. We would stay there again, but would check on this.
