Nothing. Cancelled reservation, went elsewhere. No parking! Poor customer service. We cancelled our reservation and went to the Days Hotel instead. There was no place to park. We were told to put the car anywhere and leave the keys at the front desk. The people taking care of parking looked like thugs. We were told to come back in an hour and there'd be plenty of parking. They lied and weren't too concerned over helping us, so we went elsewhere.

I chose this hotel because the ones in the centre of New York were prohibitively exepensive.Its location only a mile from Newark Airport made it very conveniant.The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the airport and a service to Penn Station.I thought the 15 minute ride was expensive at $12.50 each way. The room was quite big with twin beds, though rather dark and dreary.The shower took well over 5 minutes for the hot water to come through.Only filter coffee facilities were on offer..no tea.A fridge and microwave were available too. Breakfast described as continental offered a choice of cereals,fruit juices and bagels.The cooked was always scrambled egg and grits.The dining room was quite small and at times a scramble for seats. Staff were usually helpful. The view from the hotel was unimpressive with an industrial yard next door. However the saving on the hotel price made it worthwhile. I would probably use that hotel again if I were to return to New York.

While the room was satisfactory, the service was atrocious! The airport shuttle was practically non-existant. We would actually walk to another hotel 1/2 mile away and use their shuttle in order to get back and forth. Our first day we were exhausted from a red eye but still had to wait till check in which is reasonable. But when our electronic key didn't work, my husband went all the way back to the desk and supposedly they fixed it but once again it didn't work. The man at the main desk was rude about it and finally came with us to the room where sure enough it didn't work. We received a different room but when we returned late that night, once again the key didn't work for this room either. We asked for a rollaway bed which they never delivered even though we requested it three times. Finally my husband went to the lobby and brought up a rollaway bed himself. My recommendation - find a different hotel.

The location of this hotel is its biggest strength, and downfall. You're just minutes from the airport, but it's very industrial, a little intimidating. The inside of the hotel is nice, and the room we stayed in had a large jacuzzi tub big enough for 2-3 people. That was a fun bonus. Overall, an okay place to stay, and the price was right. We were there for only one night, as launching pad across the river to our NYC hotel, so it was perfect.

Perfect for airport access + good price, amenities, clean, quiet & friendly. I wouldn't walk out of the hotel site. Free shuttle to/from the airport. The hotel is clean, offers late night snack shop, in room refrigerator, microwave, safe box and it is set back from the highway. Really good one night airport stay.

I had made a reservation 2 1/2 weeks in advance and they messed it up. I got a room with only one bed, whereas I already paid for a room with 2. They basically gave me a run-around in terms of a promised price adjustment and I am still trying to sort this out. Poorly trained staff since I got 5 different versions of what will be refunded, when, and how. As far as the location, it's really hard to find and the gym facility was non-existant (broken equipement). Will never stay at a Best Western again and will let everyone I know of this.

The breakfst here is only average, and the bar is very small. Front desk very helpful and rooms are very large and clean. A bit of a problem with cabs as there is a road closure which they do not know about, but the free shuttle is very good, every 30 minutes 24 hours a day.

Traveling with a group of 15 in eight rooms. All agreed the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the front desk was friendly and courteous. We would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel was alot older then what showed in the picture. They provided a Twin Double Bed. The breakfast was ok. Free internet access from the room, even provide good coffee maker, good sized fridge and a microwave. for that price you can't ask for more. THe air conditioning is a bit noisy though.. I'm there only for a overnight stay, flight transit. so the 5 minutes ride from the airport helps. I'm not sure if it is handy to go to town though. Will recommend.

the room was much bigger than we expected. Two queen beds, a fair sized bathroom and a JACUZZI HOT TUB !!! ( I checked with the front desk the next day to see if we had gotten an upgrade of some sort and they said no.) The staff was reasonably helpful but not outstanding. Be awaire, there are no restaurants in the area and you will not want to wander around sightseeing in the neighborhood. If you arrive after midnight the kitchen will be closed. You can get finger food and stuff that can be microwaved, but nothing that requires a stove. To sightsee, take their shuttle to Penn Station. It is * one way and you can split that cost with others to make it real cheap. Breakfast was included but the staff did not tell us so we missed it. The telephone in our room did not work but that was probably a fluke. Internet access is at a terminal in the lobby and is * for 15 minutes. The beds are comfortable and I would stay here again.

The front desk was helpful. Their shuttle drivers were prompt and friendly. There was a fee to be shuttled but it was low compared to cab fees. We were up early and didnt return to the hotel until the evening as we were sightseeing in NY so the hotel was okay just to sleep in. There were no restaurants too close. There were some within walking distance but you had to walk along side the freeway to get there, so we didnt risk that. The hotel had a restaurant but the variety was limited and the prices were a little high. All in all the hotel was satisfactory for a few days.

The hotel desk clerk was very rude. We booked the hotel through online travel website and were told of amenities that the hotel did not conform with. While this is not the hotel's fault, the front desk clerk was extremely rude to us about it. We had booked the "Park and Fly" package through online travel website and were told that this was supposed to be booked through the hotel directly and not through online travel website . We paid the extra to leave the car there and left our cigarette lighters in the car because we were flying out of Newark Airport to Chicago. Upon arriving back at the hotel, our commerative Zippo lighter was missing from the car. It has no value except for sentimental but we thought we could trust whoever we left our keys with to the car. Also, the A/C in the room was terrible on a very warm night and the restaurant had very poor customer service. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone nor will we ever stay there again.

"This hotel is located in an industrial area close to the airport, so don't expect any restaurants nearby. The hotel cafe is adequate for a quick meal, Shuttle service is prompt and runs every 1/2 hour to the airport, and shuttles to Newark Penn Station and New Jersey Mall can be arranged for $12.50 for 1-4 people. Rooms are clean and comfortable with microwave, mini frig and coffee maker. I would not hesitate to stay here if you have a flight in or out of Newark."

"We stayed here to be close to the airport and they have long term parking for a reasonable price. The hotel is impossible to find. Very ""tired"" looking. The two rooms they gave us were on opposite ends of the hall. The rooms were acceptable, but barely.We were unable to controll the temperature in the room. We looked at the continental breakfast,and decided to eat at Dunkin Donuts at the airport instead. I would not stay here again."
