Great meeting rooms. The courtyard is very nice, and the setting is very relaxed. The staff were not very pleasant, but that was the only thing that I didn't like.

Convenient to airport. TV did not work - personnel ignored request to fix. Hotel undergoing remodeling. Mattresses and furniture in hallway currently. TV did not work for most channels. Rooms are clean and inexpensive and convenient to airport.

All of the front desk people are rude and unhelpful. The pop machines didn't work. The maids stole my CD player, but somehow managed to return the CD, but only when I called to inquire about it. Very sketchy! DON'T GO HERE!!!!!

Front desk person seemed upset that we had booked through Orbitz and said they would match any price you gave. I asked to speak to a manager and he claimed he was the manager. Charged us extra for parking even though we had never been charged previously when we booked with an online service. Hilton will be opening soon nearby and maybe with some competition, this Best Western will adjust their policies.

this hotel is great for access to the reno airport...i turned in my rental car on saturday night and walked across the street to the hotel and stayed overnight until my prompt wake-up call for an early a.m. flight...we arrived about 2:00 p.m. on saturday and were allowed to check in even though we were quite early...very friendly staff, clean hotel, convenient location...wish all hotel experiences were as good this best western in reno at the airport!*!

I took a room on the first floor with a king bed, other than the couple of stains that I noticed in the carpet; I would say the room was clean. The room was wired for an Ethernet connection, but I used the wireless for my laptop. Connection was slow, but connection was never lost. The best part was the restaurant that is located in the hotel; standard American cuisine, the food and service were excellent. There is also a small gift shop check it out. If you are looking for value for your dollar, put this one on your list.

This hotel was next to the airport but we hardly heard any planes taking off or landing. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Very nice.

Terrific location for early morning departures from the airport. 24 hour shuttle service is fast and very courteous - just give them 10 minutes advance notice and they are ready to take you. Very quiet halls and rooms. Nice touch is the coffee shop/kiosk in the lobby serving lattes or au laits in the morning.

The closeness to the airport, within walking distance. Exercise room was uninviting and the decor a little dated. The stay was fine for the cost and the restaraunt food was good.

Fantastic experience! We got to check in early, which is always a plus. The room was good size and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food on site was SUPER, well prepared and alot of it. A good choice.

The walls were pretty thin, allowing for alot of noise from room and from hallway traffic. The hotel store and lounge closed early, for a Sat nite, meaning that we had to go downtown to get what we needed. Otherwise, it was okay.

The Airport Plaza Hotel Reno Airport was convenient and clean but we had no hot water for showering. We were told by the front desk staff to keep running the hot water tap until we get hot water , but we never did get hot water after 30 minutes! After calling the front desk again, we were assured that a maintenance person would come to check at our rooms, but no one came before we had to check out.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and convenient location Old rooms, could hear every movement from the room above ours the whole night Staff is friendly and they provided an extra refrigerator and microwave on request free of cost as we had a small baby with us. Please request to get the room on the top floor otherwise you may be wondering the whole night what the folks on the room above are doing.

good quality for the price paid check in staff was not helpful when a probem came up I had reservations for two rooms. I didn't remember that I put them under two different names. Upon check-in, I handed the reservation #'s to the clerk and was told that I only had one room reserved. I showed him the receipt which showed I had reserved two rooms.
