Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. I smelled smoke in the hallway even though I room was non smoking. Staff was nice, helpful, nice pool and workout room.

I was very upset with the staff at the best western. The first problem that we had as the staff that checked us in did not know that we had made reservations throug this website. The second problem was that at 11:30 pm they gave are key to someone else and they tried to enter the room. The answer from the front desk oh I will take care, that was it.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had to switch to another hotel because we needed to have a restaurant on the premises.

Staff was accommodating. The smell, whatever they cleaned the rooms with was overbearing, and walls very thin you could hear the neighboring rooms and noise in hallway. For the price it was fine if you needed to be close to the airport. I am used to staying in 4 and 5 star hotels but again for the price it was fine, we were only in the hotel to sleep for a few hours.

It was dark. The room absolutely stank of bad disinfectant. The desk clerk was not helpful, would not change the room and had nothing to deodorize it with. It was too hot to open the window and even with the air conditioner cranked right up, the smell of the disinfectant was overpowering. It made me wonder what they were trying to cover up. There were no handtowels or washcloths when we arrived either. I would not stay there again.

The staff was exceptional, very helpful. Remodeling was in process during our stay, staff worked well around, but still a slight inconvenience. Didn't like the one cup coffee makers in room. Very Clean, very helpful staff, the "full breakfast" comprised of scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, variety of cereals, variety of muffins, English muffins, bagels and bread. Applesauce & yogurt. Coffee, tea, juice and milk. Decent breakfast! Good location to airport and KCI Expo Center. About 20 miles outside of Kansas City.

The facility was great for the money, a bit away from town, but close to the airport. The room was comfortable, and had a recliner in it. There was also a newer fitness room there, and everything worked. Only fast food restaurants were close by.

I really like the indoor pool and hot tub. The HBO Channel should not be there. It was awful late at night. I really liked it except for the HBO channel.

Clean, friendly staff, and easy on/off from interstate. Over deodorized. A nicely decorated and clean hotel with excellent parking facilities as well as a nice pool. It also had an excellent, warm breakfast with good selections.

Lobby, room, pool, fitness room, service, internet, Michelle. The price was higher than the price I got. The hotel was great for the price. I did not like that when I got there the price was slightly higher than what I was quoted. Michelle the front desk manager was a doll, very helpful.
