This hotel was comfortable is you are looking for access to the airport. I stayed at this location because of free shuttle to airport for a very early morning flight. Be aware that the shuttle operates on a fixed time schedule so you may have to leave earlier than you planned.

Neat, quiet, very friendly staff. No view out the window. Couldn't see out. This hotel was great for what we needed it for. My son's father was in town picking him up and this was great for the night. The staff was excellent, well, only the check in staff was all we met. Definitely will use it again and recommend it.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nic,clean. One of the most comfortable beds I have spent a hotel nite . easy access to the Cleveland Zoo. Did not take advantage of the pool, but it looked great and all the patrons using it seemed very happy . Check in and check out were flawless. We certainly wold book again if we are traveling through Cleveland

My family went to Cleveland to experience the zoo and science center. The hotel was centrally located to downtown and loads of other ammenities. The rooms were clean and well kept. The continental breakfast was good, but lacked options and was was sparse at times. My kids loved the pool!! We had a fabulous time!!!!

The Best Western Inn & Suites were very comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and when we asked to be upgraded to a suite they were very accomadating. We would use this facility again. The bathromm was very large and my mother who is elderly could get in and out of the shower without any help. There were lots of resturants and stores nearby.

Convenience to airport and longterm parking facilities. Only real negative was not getting our wake up call and feeling rushed to get to the airport. The hotel was very convenient to the airport and long term parking which was helpful for us. We were up so early that we missed any breakfast so I can't comment on that. The only negative experience was not hearing our wake up call and getting up an hour later feeling extremely rushed to get to our early morning flight. We were told that the phone plugs are behind the beds and sometimes get loose or disconnected.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and would recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean, I loved the pillows!...Usaually have a problem with pillows, but these were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the continental breakfast the first morning and found everything we needed. This is not a 5 star hotel , but overall had better experience than some of the 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

We stayed for 2 nights in the suites (2) and had a great stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great-make your own waffles. Pool was small but the kids loved it! Would definitely stay again!

The Best Western was easy to find. Every hotel personnel was kind and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. Not noisy at all. Breakfast was as advertised with nice waffles and fruit with hard boiled eggs and all the rest of a continental breakfast. I would stay there again.

Location to Airport. Pool closes at 10:00 pm. Nice hotel, we only stayed from 9:00 pm-6:00 am.

This hotle was not in any way what we expected. The food was bad, the room smelled, there was no kitchenette in our room as told nor laundry facility, lock box, tennis court, or golf corse. The gym was very tiny with very old equipment, The bed sheets had holes in them, and when you opened the door to the pool you had to leave because the chemicals made your eyes water so bad. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was friendly. The curtains on the windows were falling down. The beds were not the comfortable. It was close to the interstate which was good. No good restaurants anywhere near to eat. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Elevator was broken and for my Mom, who just had back surgery, this was not good. Advertised as the closest to the airport, it was NOT. Breakfast was very poor. We left the hotel and at at McDonalds.

The staff was very courteous and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. This hotel was a quick drive from the airport. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms were very clean. There was a great selection of TV channels to choose from and the pool facilities were very nice. The free continental breakfast was great, you could even make your own waffles, and they had fresh fruit available as well. I would definitely stay there again.

"The customer service at the Best Western was unbeatable. Pool was great. Exercise room was below average to poor, and the only mark that is not excellent. No weights or weight machine, only midgrade treadmill, cheap stairstepper, and cheap exercise bike."

"Room was modern & clean, spacious bathroom (included coffemaker), comfy beds, a/c worked great. traffic noise on street side audible when the a/c was off, but no different than other hotels -ask for odd # room to avoid street side. nice pool/jacuzzi. courteous, friendly staff. great free breakfast - fruit, toast, teas, cereals, belgian waffles etc. great price; highly recommend!"

"Spent a sleepless night on a bed that seems to dig into your skin. Had booked a room for two nights, but had to leave the next day for another hotel.Couldn't dread another night trying to sleep there. One thing I will say , the staff tried to make things better for us by offering a suite but the beds were still the same as the one's we had."

"We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights with our 1 year old little boy! The room was clean and the front desk staff was average in personality and service. The continental breakfast is alright if you have the time and patience to wait your turn and make your own waffles - which turned out to be pretty darn good. Our only complaint was that the pool water was too cold for our little boy and the staff claimed they couldn't turn it up any higher! Overall, we were pleased with the room and the staff, considering the price we paid."
