Hotel was in a great location to the airport and easy to get to the beach. The beach is still 25-30 away depending on traffic so not a "daily beach" hotel. Rooms were very clean and the bedding was new and contemporary. I had a reservation and it was the fastest check-in ever.

We needed a clean and economical place to stay that was close to the airport and this hotel fit the bill.

Convenience. We were only there for one evening, but it seemed safe and clean. The location was convenient to the airport and Ft. Myers.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with wireless. Booked a king suite as I was staying for more than one night, enjoyed the extra room and found the fridge and microwave handy. There is a supermarket accross the street which was handy for me when I didn't feel like going out for dinner. Bkfst was a nice touch and the attendant was great to talk with. Front desk sent me to Islamorada Fish Company at the bass pro shop which had excellent food and two giant aquariums in the restaurant, with exotic fish. It was great for me but if you had kids they would luv it. Free airport shuttle was great, and the Continental crew that i flew in with stayed at the hotel as well. For the money you can't beat the value.

This was a great place to stay for airport travel. We had a 6:00 am flight and this place is about 10 minutes away. It was really nice being so close and the clerk at the desk was really helpful with the simple directions.

Not a 2.5 star hotel. For the first time extremely disappointed with accommodations.

We stayed at this motel while attending Twins Spring Training. It's location is incredibly good, within a 5 minute drive to Hammond Park. Appreciated the individual safe in each room. The wireless internet connection was strong and fast. We found the staff to be very friendly and accomodating to our needs. The room was nicely furnished and very clean. Will definitely stay at this Best Western when we come back next year for Twins Spring Training.

Room was large and very clean. Large room, located close to airport. Plenty of stores around area. Highly recommended for short trip to Fort Myers.

The staff was helpfull and friendly. The breakfast was good. They were remodeling in the hallways, but it was not too much. The room was clean, no bugs. It was near the airport and easy to find.

The Best Western Airport motel staff was friendly and efficient. The room was much larger than I expected given that this is a moderate price hotel. It was quieter than most motels in this price category. And the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. This motel is located reasonably close to I-75, a major highway, so it is convenient for travelers arriving in Ft. Myers by car.

Hotel was Ok. All we did was stay for one night and stayed there because it was close to the airport. We had an early flight back to Ohio.

"Our room's refrig did not work, and our 2nd floor pop machine was out of order. We paid $150.00 for this inconvenience. We had a room with 2 double rooms, and when I asked for another similar room, I was told there wasn't any available, although they were not sold out. Also, when I asked for a new refrig, they stated no maintenance people were on duty. Never are over weekends. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not ever stay there again. "

The Best Western was great for my overnight trip. The evening staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lobby area and free breakfast. There was no convenient place to smoke. There where only enough towels in the room for one person, only shampoo available no conditioner and it was super hard to get the shampoo out of the hard bottle, the desk chair was broken and left too short to use the desk, no liquid soap only bars and only enough for one person, there where two soap dishes mounted on the wall in the shower and the second one was at the level so when you washed your hair and had your eyes closed you smacked your elbow on it, no guide for the TV other then HBO, they also left a decorative pillow on the bed that looked like you could not change the cover on and it didn't look like anything I would want left on my bed after another guest had used it.

The Best Western Airport Inn in Ft. Myers, Florida, is everything a woman traveling alone would want: safe, clean, comfortable, convenient, quiet, good value for the money, and with a very courteous and accomomdating staff. My only--and very minor--complaint might be that I personally prefer to sleep with an open window, and the windows in my room did not open. I certainly can understand why they are designed that way, but I like fresh air. I will be staying at the same Best Western every time I return to Florida--about six times a year.

It was a great hotel, clean and comfy beds. The lady behind the desk was not friendly at all. If this lady behind the desk would ever have a smile or appear welcoming or even friendly you would have a total winner on your hands. Otherwise, the hotel is great---clean, comfy beds, great location and good breakfast!

Good location for my needs. WiFi did not work and hotel did nothing to assist. Staff was generally helpful, but this was my 3rd stay in as many weeks and they did not treat me as if the recognized or cared that I was returning. WiFi was not working and no assistance from hotel staff to correct. Advised to call 888 number and despite many, many attempts no response at that number. Staff suggested I walk the hall with my laptop to find a good signal, or use the machine they had in the lobby. Which is not feasible when attempting to complete my business requirements.

Location was convenient to the airport. Hard to access from the major roadway. Ok for an overnight stay but wouldn't use this hotel for accommodations for a whole vacation.
