Everything about it is friendly and first class. Breakfast buffet is good but expensive. This hotel has been a favorite for several years.

Location. Outside room entry, dated, dirty, smelly. If nothing else is available and you are desperate this will suffice.

The room was very nice,front desk agent very nice,friendly,accomodating .big room nice,clean&beds was comfortable.evening cookies&milk.free airport shuttle is great .love this place and affordable would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and very friendly. Ice machine on top floor was broken, ex smoking room. Outside entry rooms, right on the highway, but I felt safe and it wasn't loud. Had all the amenities of a nicer place. Smoking rooms were converted to non - smoking, and that smell never really goes away.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Front desk agents were very helpful and nice. The lobby where breakfast was a little small but had a lot of items to eat. It was really close to airport, and the shuttle service was excellent. Rooms were were good sized and bed was very comfortable, we enjoyed coffee in the rooms and cookies and milk in the evening. The computer in the lobby was helpful as well to print my boarding pass at no cost. Nice view of mountains.

Proximity to airport. Not the best continental breakfast. The hotel was convenient to the airport. The rooms were adequate with comfortable beds and HCAV system. The continental breakfast was not the best as there were not very many choices.

Hotel, is run down and needs make over bad. Room was an oven when we checked in. Staff was friendly but terrible in communication. Had to complain to Bestwestern because the rate was not correct. Don't stay here there is a nice best western accross the street.Location is right near the BOI airport. THey serve a little breakfast in the lobby.

Great service. Just a couple of dirty spots. We were very happy with our room and our stay. Only complaints were a few dirty spots behind the bathroom door, and on the wall by bathroom. A little bit of a pain that room didn't have soap in it when we first arrived. I am sure it was just an oversight and was quickly remedied.

Hotel was nice for a one night trip like we were making. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is just a basic hotel and would not be great for a romantic getaway. Although room was clean the shower curtain was a litle grubby. This hotel is a great place if you are on the road and need a night rest. IT is quiet and the rooms are dark for great sleeping and even though it is only a block from the airport it is very quiet. The staff is very friendly. We would stay there again

Quietness despite being next to freeway,I did not hear traffic at all. No indoor pool, rooms open to outside andno indoor hallway. Clean and quiet good bed, no frills.

Not much to like, did not offer much. Toilet was rusty, hard water stains that made it look nasty and dirty. This hotel needs a lot of work or upkeep. The rooms where dull and dirty looking. Thank goodness that I did not have to spend much time in the room only to shower and sleep that was still to long to be in the room.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Mattress was stained and dirty. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was very good about clean towels and making the beds. The rooms are outdated, and some of the mattresses were stained and dirty. Noisy due to freeway.

Close to Boise airport. Just a step above Motel Six in terms of decor and comfort.

Very conveniently located near the airport. My bathtub had a black smuggy ring around it. The best thing about this hotel is that it is conveniently located near the airport. The service staff was nice and they provided a small continental breakfast! Thanks.
