The hotel was great for our family. We were a party of 6 with 4 adult size and 2 children. The suite had 2 queen size beds and a full size sleeper sofa. Although we were cramped in the room, the sleeping space was good enough. We enjoyed the pool and spa and appreciated the free breakfast of hot and cold entrees each morning. The beds were soft and comfortable, a real plus for me because of hip problems. The only problem I encountered was that I was charged by travelocity upon booking the hotel room and then, unbeknownst to me, once more by the hotel itself when I arrived. I found out about this when I came home and checked my credit card's web site. After calling the hotel, I was told that only 1 person could fix the problem and that he wouldn't be back until over a week later. So for the week I get to pay interest for the charge twice!

It was ok. Nothing special. The breakfast area was small for number of poeple that showed up in line. Not enoegh seatings especially on Friday and Saturday mornings.

This hotel has always been a favorite for us because it is clean, has a great staff, and a good breakfast. This is the place to stay if you have family!

We are the, "Biggs HOG Chapter" of North San Diego County, California. A ?Well Respected?, group of Motorcycle Enthusiast. We booked our stay at the Best Western ? Abbey Inn at St. George, Utah from April 25 to 28, 2008. I and the other 71 people with me can't begin to tell you just how accommodating this hotel was. The staff did everything to make our stay the most comfortable and enjoyable ever. I am the booking coordinator for my club and I booked 41 rooms. So when it comes to complaints, I would have heard them if there were any. Instead all I heard was high praise. Our Club couldn't believe how friendly, helpful and courteous the staff was. When we arrived, there was a sign to welcome our group along with fresh, hot baked cookies. The rooms were spacious, immaculate and I would believe pretty well insulated for sound. Attention to detail, everything was done right. The bathroom was large, well lit with a clean tiled floor and a very nice showerhead with plenty of hot water and pressure. The AC was more than adequate and ran very quietly. There was a refrigerator in all rooms. The pool and spa area was clean and inviting. We were especially surprised when we awoke the next morning to have the halls full of a delicious aroma of someone cooking in the kitchen. That?s right, breakfast was being served. It brought back memories of my child hood when Mom was cooking before we got up. A full breakfast complete with eggs, bacon, sausage, and ham. The food was delicious! The Hotel staff allowed us to park our precious motorcycles under the Hotel awning and provided us with clean rags to wipe down our motorcycles. If there was anything we needed, all we did was ask and it was immediately taken care of. I am personally in debt to these folks for making me a hero with my club. Special Thanks to, Mr. M C, the hotel Group Bookings Manager, Mr. J B, the hotel Catering Manager, and all the staff that made our stay so memorable.

I spent 2 nights at this hotel for business. It was great and I will return again. The free breakfast was incredible for being free including hot items that changed each morning. The room was comfortable with wireless computer connection that never failed. I would highly recommend hotel and it is a great deal for what you get.
