Travel southeast on Highway 12 for two kilometers until you come to Memorial Avenue. Turn right on Memorial Avenue. The Best Western Mariposa Inn and Conference Center is located on the left. From: The North Traveling south from North Bay take Highway 11. Exit at Highway 12 South. Be careful not to exit at Highway 12 West. Travel southeast on Highway 12 for two kilometers until you come to Memorial Avenue. Turn right on Memorial Avenue. The Best Western Mariposa Inn and Conference Center is located on the left. From: The West Travel from Parry Sound on Highway 69. Exit Highway 69 at the Village of Coldwater. Travel Highway 12 east to Orillia. Merge onto Highway 11 South and travel three kilometers, exit at Highway 12 South. Travel for three kilometers on Highway 12 South until you reach Memorial Avenue.
