if all your looking for is a bed, shower, quiet and located right in the middle of town with walking distance to many restrauants, movie theater then this is the place for you

Easy to find. Promise a queen bed, end up with two double. It was ok.

This is an old motel that has been cleaned up. The bathroom was very small. Reminded me of my friends motor home, sink at your knees while using the toilet. Plumbing and other room repairs were very amaturish. No screen on the bathroom window and no vanity. Everything in the room was clean and functional but small refridgerator was sitting on the floor with microwave stacked on top instead of being kept in a cabinet. This motel needs more work.

Clean,friendly and location. Very cost effective, extreamly clean, very friendly and much more than I expected! I will definitely stay again and recommend to a friend!

Location and price. For the price it was all good. Again for the price, the room was clean, location central, and that was all I was expecting.

When arriving at this hotel you have to pick a phone to talk to some one so they will come to the counter. This makes you feel like you are in a shady neighborhood and this was Payson. the rooms were cleanly and quite but a bit cramped. I will say the day I needed another room key the manager didn't hesitate so that was nice. In all it was a clean place to sleep.

Room is clean and adequate with fridge, microwave and a kitchenette with a table and two chairs. Another bedside table will be useful.

The hotel was a disgrace. The paint on the walls was peeling; the border around the top of the room falling off, the screen in the bathroom window was sliced open in multiple places as if someone had tried to get it. The lock on the front window was broken. The shower head was the nicest thing in the whole room but because the shower is just a bit larger than the average person's body it was terrible. The room smelled awful like poop and burnt cigarettes when we got there and the TV reception was terrible. The manager did bring us extra pillows but gave me attitude about it. The people staying in the rooms around us were noisy at night and you are woken up at five am to hear them leaving (trucks starting up and them calling to each other). Overall it was rotten and I wouldn't have been surprised if I would've found a vagrant under my bed. It would've explained a lot.

The hotel was very clean. Bathroom was extremely small. The hotel was very inexpensive so I didn't have high expectations. It was an older facility, but very clean. The restaurant located right next to the hotel was great!

Cheap. Bathroom and bed. The help had a bad attitude and were disconcerted. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was disgusting. The air conditioner worked well but had a musty odor as did the room which was overpriced. The television worked well but the remote was intermittent.

The location. The bathroom very small. Great location, the "Beeline Cafe" the best around and the cheapest. This was located right next door.

Location to services was good. The price quoted was not the correct one. The price was an issue the manager said that the price listed was a corporate discount; the actual price was five dollars more without the discount. If you belong to AAA the discount applied. He when on to say it was stated on the internet, but I do not recall seeing it. I probably would not have booked a reservation had I known.

When I turned on the AC, the curtains were blown away from the window. Don't think that was very private. Motel meets basic minimal needs. No continental breakfast. I didn't find the ice machine.

The price. It was perfectly fine for our short stay. The hotel was nice for my short stay and the price , there was nothing wrong with it.
