This motel was rundown,bare, and uncomfortable. There was no staff we ever saw, save the manager who obviously lives there and was uncommunicative and abrupt. We will not use this motel again. It was cheap in every sense of the word.

It was close to the people we were visiting. The rooms were accessed from outside. I did not know this, I would have preferred inside access.

The website claimed the rooms were clean but I had flies,a cockroach and thick dust.The carpet was dirty and there was a pile of ashes beside the bedside table.The bathroom floor was also dirty and burns along the side of the tub.There are also cobwebs all over the ceiling.I was not about to eat the breakfast there and I will not use Best Value Inns again.

Nothing. Hotel is closed! I plan to dispute the charges. Hotel is in the middle of a ghetto, and had been closed! I very nice cop happen to see us and pulled in, and told us to "leave the area as quickly as you can" and gave us directions to a much nicer and safer hotel.
