First time staying in this hotel and had a great experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in the heart of Ensenada. Everything is on a walking distance. Enjoy your stay!

this place was a good deal for the money if you are going to go there just to sleep, don't stay there for the pool or fitness center. the place was clean, the staff was great and its walking distance to Club Paris.

Great location. Good location right off the main drag Lopez-Mateos. Don't eat at the suggested restaurant right on the corner - overpriced and poor service.

It was not near a beach. It is 30mins south. Also I got really sick from the breakfast I ate.

Great location, internet, breakfast, friendly and clean. Nothing. The hotel had everything we needed, was relatively inexpensive, and the staff was great. This was a great find. The fruit at breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is in a very central location. Everything is within walking distance. The dance clubs are 2-3 short blocks away. The room was clean and very comfortable. The swimming pool seemed ok nothing fancy but nice. I would not recommend taking advantage of the free margarita hour at the bar. It was horrible. It's margarita mix from a gallon..you could not taste the alcohol and it was warm. We took one sip and walked out. I would recommend that you take a shower early in the morning. We got up around 10:30 on the day we were checking out. My husband took a 10 minute shower and everything was fine. I got into the shower next....all the warm water was gone.....so I decided ok I'll just take a quick cold shower. Wrong.......after about 1 minute the water shut off. I was stuck there since I had shampoo in my hair....I had to wait like 15 minutes to wait for the water to come back....and even then it was COLD!!! Now don't get me wrong...these were 2 minor things that wouldn't keep me from going back. The most important thing to me is location and safety....they did great on both of those. If you are looking for a clean safe place to stay...you can't go wrong with this place.

The View we received. The water pressure. The hotel was great for what we paid for 3 nights and the awesome location, right on the strip. It rain the last day there before we left and we noticed some small leeks in the room, did not effect us in anyway bing that we where leaving the following morning so we dint care. The best part about it, was the staff, they did everything they could to accommodate us in every way possible, even though I admit we were intolerable every night as far as partying goes. They did not get mad but every morning after they come and let us know to keep it some what down for the next night. Great place to stay. I WILL be staying there Next time I go to ENSENADA Mexico.

It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The water went out for the day and when that came back on, the cable went out. It needs upgrading in the bathroom to meet 3 or 4 star quality. The location was fine but it seems that thee were many more hotels that looked nicer and more updated in the very same area. The water went out one day which was a problem and the one night we decided to stay in, the cable TV went out. When I called the desk they said it would be back on the next day. The staff was very nice but the hotel needed some serious upgrading. I wouldn't stay there again.

Was a great location. Very low water pressure. Was a cute hotel in its day, is a little tired and in need of sprucing up.

The parking place was right before our room, which was convenient. The restaurant rey sol was very good. The included breakfast was very poor. The swimming pool was closed. The reception was somewhat plain, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was pretty good, but the bathroom was small and not so attractive, especially the shower. The fitness room was poorly equipped, and we couldn't use the swimming pool. The included breakfast (which was not served in rey sol restaurant!) Was very poor, such as coffee, made with bad smelling (tap) water, and weak and cheap 'orange juice'; service was very friendly. We had dinner at the rey sol restaurant; food was very good and service was excellent. If I would visit this hotel again, I would recommend breakfast at restaurant rey sol.

Very nice cultural decoration clean pools and Jacuzzi amazing attentive staff. The Jacuzzi broke and there was allot of children at the pool after hours. I loved the view the staff is amazing. There were kids at the pool who were horrible but staff made sure they were called in immediately after complaint.

Location was OK. Not many things work--A/C, Elevator, Bathroom plumbing, etc. etc. Not a very pleasant stay. The a/c did not work, so after a LOT of difficulty we changed rooms. The a/c in the new room also did not work well. We were lucky to get a fan. Bathroom draining is poor and water clogs. Overall, we wish we had selected a better hotel--esp.. for the money we were paying (>$100 a night incl. taxes).

The location was very convenient to activities in Ensenada. The free margarita offer tasted like orange drink. Convenient, clean and helpful staff.

It was clean. Water pressure sucks. I think they should let people know about the $200.00 deposit, before trying to charge it on there credit card.
