When we arrived there was no reservation but there was an appropriate room available and the clerk was very helpful. The desk clerk was dressed in dirty and stained clothing - not professional. This hotel is well-located in Baytown, next to a drug store and near the mall, Luby's, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious but the bed was uncomfortable - a mattress resting on a sheet of unfinished plywood, atop a box support. The bathroom was clean and they furnished hair products and lotion - no tissues. The room had a microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board.
