It was located ideally. Rooms were not maintained as well as should be. (dirty). Arriving at the hotel, found my reservation meant nothing, I had a reservation for three rooms which I had called and changed to just 2 rooms. The owner argued that I had never called, however I called her by Name, she would not honor my reservation for non-smoking so we had to stay in a smoke smelling room. The owner was argumentative and charged us $20.00 because we had 4 in one room and one in another. Owner was not helpful. Bathroom was moldy, walls had spots on them, and room was generally in disrepair. Light in bathroom had to be replaced.

Ok hotel at an ok price. It was fine. A bit nicer than a motel 6 but nothing special, it was fine for a single guy for a night.

I liked that there was an ironing board. Everything was great. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know. I really enjoyed my stay. It was very clean.

The room was comfortable. Too far from Hwy 36. Downtown Motel next to McDonalds...family run.
