Location was horrible - we could see the hotel from the road, but an hour and several phone calls to the hotel later we finally made it. The nighttime staff was super friendly and attended to our needs. A light was out in the room and it was fixed quickly. There is a $50 cash deposit for dishes for the kitchen, but it was waived (I suppose because we had a hell of a time getting to the hotel.) We went exploring the grounds and found that our key didn't work for a couple of the outside doors, so we had to search for a door that would let us in. The grounds around the hotel had trash dumped close by and the view was nothing but freeways. The night went well, no noise or bugs... good sleep. In the morning we went down to the free continental breakfast as advertised in the internet flier, but there was a sign at the breakfast that said it cost $3.00. I complained and the woman at the desk treated me as though I were interrupting her day. She said that they are trying to move away from the free breakfast, but since I brought it up she would let me have the breakfast for free. She then turned away and hounded an employee. I looked at the breakfast and it was dismal: cereal, milk, oatmeal (no hot water) and boiled eggs. We went back to our room and cooked bacon and eggs and then left as soon as we could.

Good room, good price, good location, OK area of town. Good for food, shopping. no food worth eating, no resturant open. trucker area, hotel tired, staff unprofessional at night.

The hotel was very nice for the money and the staff was great. But the location is really confusing. Quebec Street has branches like a stream, and the branches are called Quebec Street even though they are parallel to the original Quebec Street. If you exit I-70 and go north, look to your left after the expressway for the Best Inn and Suites sign. The connecting street is between I-70 and another expressway (maybe I-24?) on your left.

We stayed here on a Sunday night passing through on our trip out west. The hotel was located in an industrial park, and the inside corridors seemed quite run down. The room, however, appeared to be recently remodelled. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff - everything we needed and more. The laundry facilities were a definite plus, and we couldn't beat the price.

A decent hotel for the price, but did not realize cab fare would be over $ 40 from the airport. Should have paid a little more for a hotel with free airport shuttle. Loud guests in the middle of the night after bars closed I assume. Room was clean, nothing fancy, had to order pizza since no restaurant within walking distance and did not want to pay again for cab. If you are driving and just want a nights sleep its not bad if no drunks are in the next room.

The bed was large and we loved the kitchenette, and the bathroom vanity. The morning breakfast was horrible, dry biscuits, cold coffee and gooey gravy. The hotel was clean, and everyone greeted us in and out, and they ready to help when needed. The room was big, the bed was big and had a firm mattress. We loved the kitchenette, not something we expected. There were plenty of restaurants down the street which are well known franchises. Overall, the experience was a good one. We would stay there again.

The hotel would not let us check in because the reservation was made via Travel website using a different credit card than what we had with us at the hotel. Horrible, rude woman working the desk. The place is dirty and seems more like boarding house than a hotel, with lots of "long term residents". Enough cigarette smoke to satisfy any smoker without lighting up. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel (but "Denver's Best" still charged us for the room they woudn't let us use).

Hotel out of the way. Ok for us since we were only in the room long enough to sleep. Blankets on the beds were torn and frayed.

I didn't like this hotel. Everything. This hotel is dirty, not kept up, and run on the cheap. My sink and tub did not drain.

One of the employees, Mr. M H did above his duties and performance in helping us during our stay. We really liked the kitchen in the rooms - very well equipped.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Rooms clean, and well cared for. There was nothing about the hotel we didn't like. This hotel was located in an area easy to get to. Upon arriving the clerk was friendly, and helpful. The room was impressive, and well cared for. The daily room cleaning, and services were excellent. This motel is so good I will probably use it every time I book a motel in the Denver area.

We seemed to be one of the only travelers staying at this hotel. I thought is was a hotel, but it was hidden behind the Comfort Inn with a small sign out front.. The only other people we saw staying there were renting a room for an extended stay. The Kitchenette didn't have a dish or even a spoon in the cupboards... maybe that is customary. The mattresses seemed out of the depression era. The front desk clerk was the only pleasant thing about the stay. I was extremely disappointed to find that the Travel agency rate I paid was 20 more than the room rate the hotel was going to charge me until they realized I had prepaid. what a rip off. Travel agency's explanation was that the price had been reduced in the two days since I had made my reservations. This hotel was not worth the price we paid!!

I feel I got my money worth staying at this place. The location is near everywhere. Its not near a busline so will need a rental car. Wish the cafe was open for longer period of time.

Convenient for city, airport & Interstate (I-70.) Confusing and unsigned entrance way from I-70.
