Excellent staff and very helpful and friendly. Elevator floors should be cleaned. Very nice.

Nicely decorated, pretty pictures hanging around. NA. Hotel stay was very nice get away for the weekend, has 2 baby grand piano's in the lobby's, food was very good and the bar tender fixes great drinks.

The pool and game room were excellent for a family. The hotel was not close to any other restaurants in the area. This hotel was very well designed and would be good to host a meeting or special event. The amenities were good for a family who was spending a few days at the local waterpark. Unfortunately, its location was not near other attractions. Overall, its price was worthwhile for the convenience of being so close to the waterpark.

Room was very clean and pleasant - pool very nice. Extremely loud guests even after 11pm. Could not sleep. Hotel was very clean and pleasant. Staff was fine. Very loud guests even late, but we knew it was also a conference center.

Beautiful building complex in a convenient location for me. No response to two phone calls about an electronic device left in the room. I even offered to pay the postage. We were shocked to get such a classy place to stay while visiting relatives in nearby towns. The proximity to Geauga lake is wonderful and the complex itself is great. The pool is gorgeous, the wait staff superb. The only negative comment I have is the lack of communication after my departure when I realized the I left behind the cell phone charger. I still don't have it nor even a phone call to tell me if the maid found it.

Clean, Game Room, Spacious Rooms, Good Restaurant. Did not provide with free aspirin or hair spray. Close to park. Reasonably priced. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice place to stay.

It was close to Geuga lake park, and it was clean. It didn't have a indoor pool , I thought most 4 star hotels have indoor pools therefore it was just a 2 star as far as I'm concerned. Not much to do.

Clean. Too far from everything. It is over priced for the room. It was plain.

Comfortable room. Staff unfriendly unprofessional, Ethernet didn't work and staff gave me no option, restaurant service, food was poor. It seemed like staff was unhappy to be working and were not cheerful. I had a room with Ethernet problems (I use this in hotels over 100 nights a year and is the most important feature in hotel). Staff said they could help me. The restaurant got my order wrong and forget to put order in (after 20 minutes) until I notified them. Food was not good either. It seems like this hotel is struggling.

Hotel was clean. Restaurant and bar was reasonably priced. There is no way that this hotel is a 4-star. comparable to a Holiday Inn. Reasonably priced, clean, and in a good area, albeit a distance from main hwys. Hotel was somehow apparently rated as a 4 star, but cannot compare to most 3-star hotels in which I'd stayed.

Very nice, clean & elegant hotel, highly recommended. Could hear in the room next to us, caused no sleep. Our experience was great except for hearing into the room next to us that caused my family not to sleep & we were exhausted from going to the amusement park that day & was going again the next day. The security was helpful & friendly when I had to call from the noise. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was awesome! Friendly Staff.

Cleanliness, TV services available. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Over rated and over priced restaurant. This is a nice hotel with an amusement park nearby. If you are expecting it to be like the Wyndham or Ritz its not but still very classy and clean.

Great conference center. All the things you need. A bit dated on the decor, poor lighting in the rooms. Bertram Inn is a great conference center and is close to lots of fun activities. The hotel is well kept, friendly staff and we had a great stay.

Murphy bed instead of regular bed. Big conference room that was converted to a hotel room. Strange murphy bed was very annoying and almost dangerous. Very poor sound insulation, hall noise was readily heard and kept us up past 1 am.

Nice room, clean, great pool, close to Geauga lake. Definitely a 4 star hotel.

Good location. Charged me wrong upon leaving. The hotel is very pretty - inside and out. It is a beautiful location. The staff up front however, are not quick and do not answer the phone always. They also do not monitor the behavior at the pool where there was rough language and young adults bumping into everyone.

close to attraction and had good acess to parking . direction to atractions were terrible took me 40 miles out of my way and over a hour wasted and travel bad area family was scared. overpriced for two double beds.. no rooms with two double queens in hotel?

The hotel is very well built, with quiet and tastefully decorated rooms. We felt that the food and services were overpriced. Over all, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was courteous and professional, and even though there were several events taking place in the hotel that weekend, the rooms are well insulated and quiet, so we were not disturbed enough to make a difference in our opinion of the place. We did not order room service, which would have been nice after a long trip, but the prices were prohibitive.

the decor, the friendly staff wireless in lobby would be super - nevertheless this a super find of a hotel ! Bertram is an excellent hotel - total thumbs up - on the corporate warrior side I would add wireless in lobby and everywhere really - but the food, room, stay - truly super - decor great and the couch in the room - really an asset for late-night reading
