Have to say that this is simply one of the best Marriott's I have ever stayed in. Not just from the rooms or the exec center on the 10th floor, but the staff are very nice and bend over backwards to help. Spend the extra money and get exec floor access and its well worth the cost.

Nice sized room with good AC, fantastic location. No European flair. The hotel was in a very convenient location, close to major sites and public transport. The room was a great size, very comfortable and the lobby was attractive.

Great location andnice surrounding. AC was not good in room, would not cool enough and too much light gets in the room with the blinds closed. The room could not cool properly and too much light came into the room.

We liked everything but the beds were particularly superb. This hotel has much to recommend it. The location was excellent with the subway system nearby one can go easily to anywhere in Berlin. The building itself was new and attractive. There was nothing negative I could say about our stay.

Very close to all major sites. Potsdamer Platz subway is one block away. Indoor Pool was very nice but the water was too cold for my liking; should have been heated. Hotel was in a perfect location. We were greeted by doormen and the desk clerks all spoke English. All staff was very friendly. Room was perfect, very clean and modern. Our room on the sixth floor overlooked the city. Air conditioning worked great. TV had a lot of channels but only a few in English which is typical for Europe. I like German MTV better than the US version anyway. Parking my car was expensive at 24 Euro a day but I suppose most will be traveling by train or plane which may be easier. Car traffic in the city was not too bad though.

Location, cleanliness andfriendly hotel staff. The enormouscost for breakfast. We had a great time and enjoyed staying at the Marriott very much. The breakfast for $32 per person was over the top.

Staff was friendly and English was excellent. 20% concierge fee to book tickets to plays and events is excessive.
