| Very good, friendly and warm service provided by all personnel... from the reception to the concierge to the waiters/waitresses. Thumbs up indeed... certainly value for money.... The hotel has indeed made my stay in Penang an enjoyable one.... |

| Poor location; far from city center. You need to take bus (which are filled w/ people). Rooms are old and worn, stains on carpet etc. Breakfast is OK. Certainly not a 4 star hotel! |
