I thought the staff was fantastic. No ventilation and much noise on the street side. I thought the hotel was good and was a good value with free breakfast. There was much noise on the street side even with the windows closed. I would think they would need to upgrade the windows. The room was kind of warm and they supplied a fan with no problems. What struck me the most was that the room did not have ventilation so pretty much you had to leave the windows open. This was not that bad because the weather in Bogota is 65 to 70 during the day and 50's at night.

I thought the staff was great. They did everything I needed and went beyond. On the main road side, it was very noisy even with the windows closed. I think they should do something about that. I thought the hotel was fantastic for the money in Bogota. They have a good restaurant and I thought the food was good. Breakfast was free which was great. I had to change my room to a location on the opposite side because it was too noisy on the road side even with the windows closed. There is no ventilation so I had to request a fan to stay cool at night because believe it; it does get a little warm during the day when you are on the top level. I thought the hotel was good and would recommend.
