The Belmont House Hotel is situated in a residential area of Carrasco. It lies just 300 metres from a number of restaurants, bars, pubs and shops and is just 3 metres from the nearest public transport links. The hotel is 400 metres from the beach and also lies very close the centre of Montevideo and the airport.

This air-conditioned hotel opened in 1995 and comprises a total of 28 comfortable guest rooms, all of which overlook the garden. The hotel has a refined d?cor and offers maximum comfort. It is surrounded by gardens and lies close to the beach, where guests can revel in the splendour of nature. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. Lift access, an on-site caf? and restaurant and WLAN Internet access feature. The conference rooms come equipped with full audio-visual equipment for business events. Room and laundry service are provided and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the car park or undercover parking garage.

The rooms have been individually decorated with a great attention to detail. They are equipped with central heating and air conditioning, cable TV, radio, direct dial telephone, Internet access, safety deposit box, and a bathroom with bathtub/shower and hairdryer. Some rooms come with a spa pool, terrace and lounge area with a television. Other facilities include a mini fridge and double/king-size beds.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers and parasols have been laid out for guests' use. Guests can relax in the sauna or work out in the gym.
