We loved our studio suite. The bathroom was great, although the lighting around the mirror was inadequate. We also had a great privae patio off of our room. We walked almost everywhere and enjoyed having so many dinner options within walking distance. The hotel also provided bicycles, and the area around the hotel was perfect for an easy bike ride. The pool area was relaxing with plenty of lounge chairs, towels, and shaded areas. We had a great first visit to Naples and plan to return some day in the future.

Kitchen. Nothing. Great place for families. Great service and convenient location.

The rooms are more like condos, than hotel rooms, for prices that can't be beat! The kids had a blast swimming in the pool and trying to catch lizards in the courtyard, while my wife and I enjoyed the fitness room and speedwalking to the beach and back! The service was top notch, and they were very helpful with any issues that came up. It was a great week, and our stay at Bella Sera made it that much more enjoyable!

Walking distance to 5th street. The staff was very helpful and the hotel's limited amenities was perfect for a family not looking to hand out tips every two steps. Large two bedroom suite allowed the whole family room to breathe.

Very friendly and helpful staff - great location. Furniture is quite outdated. Great place to stay with spacious accommodations and wonderful staff!

It was great to have a large room with a balcony and a kitchen. Very relaxing atmosphere, you could walk to 5th ave. My two bits of advice, bring or buy a cutting board, they have glass ones in the suite, nails on a chalkboard, and if your going to the pool/hot tub early in the day or late in the evening take a towel from your room, they have plenty in the middle of the day but they collect them early, I guess to keep get us out of the water, but sunset in the hot tub, was too good to pass up.

Overall, not a bad stay, but definitely no four star resort. To sum it up, a good place for families, not a romantic weekend for couples. Amenities leave some to be desired. Friendly staff. Free shuttle to shopping/beaches. Bed, linens, towels not that soft or as comfortable as would be expected with a high end hotel. Very minimal fitness center. Small pool with lots of kids/families. Nice, clean rooms. Free parking but not a lot near the room entrances. Limited amount of staff for luggage/bellboy services. There were problems, but they were amended in a friendly manner. When we checked in, they told us that we had been upgraded from the studio suite to the one bedroom suite, which we thought was an upgrade. However, the one bedroom suite did not have a Roman tub, which was one of the main reasons that we originally booked the studio. After questioning this, we were told that no studio suites were available. We then attempted to enter our one bedroom suite, but our keys would not work. They ended up needing to call maintenance to replace the door lock battery. Once we entered the room, we noticed that the air conditioning was making a weird noise so we requested another room. They were very helpful in this process and upgraded us again to a two-bedroom suite. However, we again got locked out of our first room and had to wait to be let in yet again. After about an hour, we were finally in our room, which had become a two-bedroom suite after we originally booked a studio. The room was very nice, very clean. The bed was moderately comfortable. Pillows were somewhat hard. There was a full kitchen with appliances, full refrigerator, etc. Bathroom was nice. Shower head pressure was weak and the towels were not soft. Big closet with plenty of hangers. Amenities: to be desired. Fitness center was 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, 1 bike and a universal weight lifting machine. Just the basics. Pool was small and filled with kids, so not the best for a romantic getaway. Great for

I enjoyed the pool and bar area as it was set up like a court yard, inviting and relaxing. The spa looked to be an after thought. Just the location, I didn't even go into the facility itself because it was just oddly located upstairs into.

I was in town for just one night on business. What a shame! This room was great. I had a 2 bedroom unit, with a full kitchen, balcony, dining room, 2 bathrooms, full washer and dryer.... and the list can go on and on! I will be back to stay with family!

The Bellasera was a wonderful place for a family vacation or could have been a great place if you are just a couple. Near old Naples with plenty to do. The best part of it was a free shuttle to the beach as beach parking is at a premium and even if you can find a spot very expensive. The staff was great and the accomodations were very nice. Another plus was the washer and dryer in the room. You can immediately get all that wet, sandy stuff washed up I would definitely recommend this place.

We liked that it had a balcony and view of the pool area. It was on a very busy street. It really exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our every need. The room was more than adequate. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely return there again.

We loved this hotel !!! It was very clean. We rented 2 two bedroom two bath condos with a full kitchen and patio. The pictures don't do it justice it was so much nicer. The manager was very helpful we brought a jetski up and she arranged parking for it. We asked for a good boat ramp and she came back with a list of them. It is in a great area nice restuarants, shopping and the beach is all close by.

The front desk clerk was friendly and gave great sightseeing tips. This is an old 1950' or 1960's motel that sadly needs major structural renovations. The wall that the window and door are built with metal and the large old air conditioner unit would rattle the entire wall unless it ran on low speed. People rave about the swimming pool and the gardens but the rooms are crappy old motel rooms.

Friendly no fuss atmosphere. Hot water ran out. Good location, nice staff, very reasonable breakfast prices. Stayed only for 1 night but would be happy to go back again.

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Bellesera Hotel. The room, pool, and food were very good, and the location was ideal. I would have given the experience a 5 ""face"" rating had the woman at the front desk been more friendly and understanding about my frustration that the room key was not working. Again, taking her out of the picture, it was great."

Spotless! Beautifully appointed. On a main drag but far off the road - no noise, just convenience.

"We stayed five nights at the Bellasera in a King studio with whirlpool tub overlooking the pool area. This website had described the King suite in the deal, but the hotel said that was an error. I actually preferred the studio with the tub and it's location. You're a meer few blocks from a multitude of fine dining venues and casual local cuisine. We even walked to the beach. The staff was very helpful and informative, especially X at the bar whom we met when we first arrived. I'll look forward to my next stay at the beautiful Bellasera. I even bought the chenile robes."

The pool was beautiful. The couch was not very clean. We stayed in the one bedroom unit which is very spacious with a full kitchen and washer dryer in the unit. Worth the money for a family stay.

"We stayed at the Bellasera Hotel/Resort in Naples, FL over Christmas. Although I knew I had booked a one bedroom ""suite"", we had no idea that we would be staying in a full size one-bedroom condo for $*/night. Great value. The concierge service was fantastic. "
