Very Clean and well run B & BFrom the outside, this B & B looks nothing much, but inside, well it needs to be seen to believe it. Very clean, staff very nice, our room quite big and very comfortable. Only one chair in room though and as there are 2 of us, one had to sit on the bed. The Guest Lounge was great, free tea & coffe, biscuits, newspapers and of course free internet use. Our only gripe, we stayed saturday night and our room overlooked the road where all the bus's & coaches used, so we heard the traffic. Also, when the clubs turned out between 2 & 3 in the morning, all the kids went past our side of the B & B. We were woken up many times during the night by shouting etc, and then the street cleaners started to clean at 6am, so were woken up again. At the end of the day, it was a very enjoyable stay and we both siad we will go back, but ask for a room at the back of the B & B.

b+b weymouth june 09the worst "welcome" i've ever had at any accomodation in any country. the owner/boss appeared too busy on his laptop to worry about seeing to our needs, whilst trying to check in with my pregnant partner, baby and mother with no offer of help with luggage,or in the dining room/kitchen/reception room where we had to interupt him again (to his obvious disgust) to ask for a highchair for the baby . the 2 rooms we had were very hot even on a muggy day with no a/c or fan,so we had to keep the windows open, which wouldn't have been a problem if we were not opposite wetherspoons, and on the end of the apparent boy-racer circuit of weymouth. all in all a disappointing stay.

A 48th Wedding Anniversary break. The B+B was easy to find but parking to a first time visitor close to the hotel is not easy as the house is on a corner where restrictions are in force regards parking and following the P signs takes you a fairly long walk with cases. We parked and left our luggage in the car and walked to the B+B. We had booked a parking permit on line with them and at reception we found it waiting for us. (Every thing is run very efficiently but does lack the personal touch). Details were clearly given on the reverse side of the permit with a map of the locations of parking areas which we found made parking a simple task. The standard of furnishing and cleanliness was of a high standard, our room was a bit noisy through the night and could be improved by double glazing. The personal touch was lacking, staff were polite but reserved. the dining room was a bit IKEA and lacked warmth. Our short stay though was pleasent and we would use them again

Lovely hotel, noisy due to proximity to local bars

I searched for accommodation with paking facilities and this hotel came up as having off-site parking. What they never said was that it was a few blocks away and a pay and display car park. The owner was asked to arrange something, as we were on motorcycles, and we never saw him again. Also, as they allow pets, don't be surprised to get a few dog hairs on you. If it wasn't bank holiday weekend, we would have looked elsewhere.

Very nice hotel and good value A very well renovated hotel with a high level of attention to detail. We stayed for one night and were very happy with all aspects of our stay; the breakfast in particular was lovely. The only downside was our room in the flat backed onto a loading bay which was a bit noisy in the mornings but the general sort of noise you would expect staying in a busy location. The bathrooms were very nice and you felt like the first person to use them. For £75 per night this hotel could not have been better value, it felt like a really top notch hotel for which you would expect to pay loads more. Mum and Dad were given a sea view room despite only paying for a normal room and me and my fiancé were given a room in the flat which meant we had the benefit of a kitchen and lounge area. If we went back I think we would stay in the flat as a family for £195 per night for 5 its really good value. Customer service was great, we had to ask for a non duck down duvet as my other half is allergic, we asked before we went out for dinner and when we came back it had all been sorted. All in all would thoroughly recommend B+B and look forward to trying their other one in London.

Excellent accomodation and service, our room was unfortunately a little noisy (in front of a busy pub a friday night) but we will definitely stay again in this b&b, probably asking a different room.

Nice modern accomodation situated on the main strip in front of the bay/beach. Good location with town centre practically around the corner.A separate lounge room with complimentary hot drinks, water and biscuits with free UK calls and internet access. Breakfast served hot upon order witha good variety. The only negative thoughts on the duration of stay is that at peak season, nearby pub customers may be a little noisy. Windows can also be a little draughty but rooms contain heating (although no air conditioning if weather is hot).Overall, very happy stay.

Nice place, good staff, poor Breakfast.A great place with very helpful staff (owners?). A comfortable room and a nice bed, with a nice bathroom. A good position on the front, and not as noisy as it could have been (this was in Feb mind you). The real downside was the breakfast (with Mother's Pride type toast and rather a weak 'Full Cooked' where some nice local produce would have been a real plus point). It felt as if they were cutting corners to save money on the breakfast. A shame.
