What are your breakfast options?

Breakfast is full English or continental with vegetarian options, served from 8:00 am - 9:30 am or other reasonable times by arrangement.

What transport is available to get around?

The only transport is either the train to Cowden Station (or Edenbridge Town Station and then a taxi) and then a half mile walk along the road (which is not advisable. Alternatively, at the footpath through the woods (very muddy in winter). You will need taxi's to get to the attractions and the restaurants. There is no public transport passing the door. It is quite rural here. Some guests who are good cyclists bring their bicycles. The best bet is to bring a car. All the attractions are very near and very easy to get to by car.

What can I do nearby?

We have all-year attractions in Ashdown Forest, Tunbridge Wells, Wakehurst Place, villages such as Westerham, Chiddingstone, Cowden.

March or April to October or December sttractions are Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Squerreys Court

National Trust attractions are Knole House, Chartwell, Ightham Mote, Scotney Castle, Standen, Quebec House.
