one of the best resort/casino in Biloxi; great pool area and friendly casino staff.

If you want a place that has beautiful, comfortable rooms--this is the place!! The bathroom is so luxurious--a HUGE tub and large separate shower!! The room service food is wonderful--especially the breakfast! Plus, the staff is very attentive to your needs while there! We enjoyed the casino-the layout is nice, plus you are right next to the Hard Rock so you can walk over there when you want something different! The Terrace restaurant has excellent food, also. The portions are very generous! The only disappointment was--I left a new purse there, and realized it as soon as I got home. When I called the hotel, they didn't have it--it wasn't turned in. Soooo--be sure and lock up your valuables!Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay.

The dinner at BR Prime was the best we've had. Excellent food! The show was hilarious. We laughed the entire time. And, we enjoyed a little action on the casino floor, as well as some shopping. We really had a great weekend.

I absolutely loved this hotel. My time away was for 3 nights, and it was fantastic. The ambiance and decor was beautiful. The rooms are great, clean and easy to get to; not the mile trek you usually have to take to get from the casino to your room. I ate meals at the Terrace Cafe, Buffet, and Snacks restaurants. All were great, but a little pricey for one who is used to the reduced rate meals of Las Vegas. Thank goodness for comps :) Three negatives: I hear there is a beach close by, but you don't find it advertised at all. Secondly, the staff in the Emporium Boutique, on the day I visited, was rude. All other personnel I came in contact with at this hotel were more than willing to help. Finally, with all the land in the area, a shopping mall would be great for when you grow weary of gambling, or out of money. For a quick getaway, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was beautiful, bed very, very comfortable, food was pretty good, not great. Staff were very nice and accomadating. Very clean in the room, restaurants and casino floors, the staff was constantly cleaning and straightening up.

No Entertainments at any of the Casinos at all during my stay. In fact, there were nothing to do beside gamble and lose your money. Housekeeping didn't clean room daily.

The Beau is a beautiful hotel. We enjoy the atmosphere in the complex. It is more sophisticated than most hotel/casinos in the region. The rooms are beautifully decorated and are quiet. The buffet is excellent. The breakfast buffet is especially worthwhile from a cost perspective. The minor negatives include having to pay to use the work-out facilities. And no coffee machine or refrigerator in the room.

Valet service is very good, very Vegas with a little southern charm thrown in! Bell service is also great. Reception desk professional but not a lot of personality. The rooms are large, comfortable and well kept. Love the separate shower in the bathroom and a large "lounging" tub. The restaurants serve good food but the prices are just too high unless you want to live on the buffet! For instance, $75+ for two sushi rolls, miso soup and desert is a bit much. The location couldn't be better. Right on the Gulf. I was truly disappointed that there was NO entertainment (other than gambling) at the hotel during my stay. Not even a lounge act.

I recently stayed at the Beau Rivage for a weekend getaway with my husband, and we had a nice time. We are repeat customers, and have always had fun at the casino and enjoyed dining in the restaurants. On this last trip, I was very disappointed with the results of our trip. The room had a dingy comforter and poorly insulated walls that we could hear people through, and our bathroom toilet ran the entire length of our stay. When we asked to switch rooms or have someone fix the toilet, they said they would send someone promptly and they never did. I am fairly easy to please, and I was willing to overlook some flaws in the room and service for an overall good time. However, I have had numerous problems with the bills each time we have stayed. The most recent time, I was charged for four nights when I only stayed two. I was also charged over three hundred dollars in "incidentals" on one credit card, when I had used another at check-in. I found the people I spoke to rude and cruel. It took months to get the charges straightened out. The past two times we have stayed, I was also double charged for the room!!!! Three stays, three times I had to call to fix the charges, and deal with dozens of operators who seemed unwilling to address my complaints. Although we have had a nice time, I am completely unwilling to deal with these people ever again!!!!!

The hotel was beautiful and grand. The casino a bit smaller than I expected for the price of the hotel. Food/restaurants were at Vegas pricing...$20 per person for buffet etc. Walls were super thin and we had kids staying next to us who kept banging on the walls and trying to get into our room through the connecting door. No conditioner in toiletries. No coffee maker, no microwave or refrigerator. Location was ok considering Hurricane Katrina wiped most everything out. Next door to Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Across the street from Waffle House. We ate breakfast there for $2.99 each. If you have to choose stay here. Other hotels were run down and dirtier.

Other than extremely poor valet parking, everything at this property is top notch. We had such a great time and even won money!! The food at both the Steakhouse and Jia's was supurb, although pricey-but-they're in business to make money- They have invested a lot of money after being hit with 3 major huricanes in the last 4 years and the property is spotless. We were treated supurbly once we got past the ineffective valet parking. It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary and we had never been here before- we were impressed with the level of attentivness from the hotel, restaurant, and casino staff. We are already planning a trip back-hopefully next year

If you are looking for a great resort to relax and get pampered. This is the resort for you. The resort is more for adults than children but the resort does offer an arcade. All the employees of the resort are friendly and willing to satisfy you no matter what. I did not know anything about this resort accept what they posted on their website. The resort is more than what is on their website. The resort offers plenty of restaurants on the premises that are budget friendly to expensive. The only problem was the shuttle service to the other casinos have a limited service schedule.

Excellent deal, upgraded for free to deluxe king size, absolutely clean and restful, food was good, relaxing which was what I was looking for. I ended up spending an extra night (at same price) and mellowed out even more!

Reserved a room with a double bed and paid for it with my credit card only to find that they were out of all double bed rooms and could only find us a room with one bed. For 4 people. Then could only find a twin rollaway to bring up and slapped me with an additional charge. Fourth person (kid) had to sleep on the floor. No apologies, they couldn't care less about you. No kid activities here, folks. Pool is part of the Tiki bar and kids cannot enter. Restaurants, theater, shops are here too but are part of the casino and, again, kids can't enter. TV, which is all your kids have to do here, sucks. However, there are lots of adult channels to view. Our lovely room is located right above the Tiki bar with neon lights on a big giant screen and loud music going on, apparently all night long. Lucky me. Oh, yes, and dancers in thong bikinis on the big screens in the middle of the pool. Wholesome sight for my children. Don't waste your money here. Go to Las Vegas, where it really is family friendly and you have to pay to see strippers!!

For elegance and comfort nothing on the coast compares. The greatest need is for another quality restaraunt that is a bit less expensive than the steak house and the Asian they have now.

Hassle free vacation destination. Casino Hopper takes you all over Biloxi. Mary Mahoney's restaurant across the street is a must visit; best gumbo in the world. Beau Rivage was a great hotel and casino. My wife and I had a fabulous time.

The Beau Rivage is a nice facility which offers a variety of activities but is not a resort geared for the young family. The hotel is geared for gambling but there are other things to take advantage of if you don't gamble. First thing to know is there is NO BEACH at this hotel. You will get a water view but no sand outside to play with for the kids, just a dock and marina as the hotel is practically standing in the water. You will find a beach just 4 miles down the road. The Spa and Salon are both EXCELLENT. There is a NICE weight room for $15 a day. The pool is BEAUTIFUL (when not closed for maintenance). The buffet has a wide variety of items and is very good. The rooms have a flat screen 32" tv but a poor cable reception with only a few basic channels ( they want you in the casinos). They do offer pay per view. No dvd or vcr hookup. Internet is $12 a day but bring your Ethernet wire or pay $10 for one in the vending machine. The bathroom offers a powerful and invigorating shower and nice separate tub. If you like morning coffee in your room bring a small coffee maker or pay $5 with tip for room service. The maid service is top notch and ready to clean your room at 8 am. Stores on main floor were good and offered a variety of upscale items. If you like mingling with a mature crowd, then this is definitely the place for you. Average age looks like 75+. Go for the spa and relaxation but don't bring the kids under 18.
