The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all buffet style with international cuisine and show cooking, served in the main restaurant Principal. During meals water, refreshments, wine, beer, etc are offered. Lunch also takes place at the Burger snack bar. Also at the disposal of the AI guests for dinner twice weekly and with prior reservation, is the Italian Pizzeria restaurant. Snacks such as sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, pizza, etc are available between 12:00 and 16:00 at the snack pool bar Davao. Customers can have ice cream at the Parlor Beatriz. Tea time with cakes, ice cream, sandwiches, fruit and candies is from 16:00-19:00 at the La Barqueta cafeteria. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee, whiskey, beer, etc are served from 10:00-23:00 at selected bars as well as at the Mindanao show bar (21:00-23:00).
