It was a great location. Not the nicest thing to look at but close to restaurants and the beach.

Continental breakfast was pretty good. Not clean at all in the rooms. Nothing special. Glad I got a good deal or it would have been more of a disappointment. Very unclean rooms and it was very noisy in our room which was on the third floor by the stairs. You could hear people going up and down. Unfriendly staff all around.

Great place. Location, location, location! Less than a mile from the beach. Easy to get in and out. In the middle of restaurants. Less than a mile from the Piggly Wiggly (because who doesn't love the Piggly Wiggly!). Refrigerators in all the rooms? Uh, love it! Continental breakfast? Almost as good as going out for breakfast. They don't skimp on it: make your own waffles, Lenders bagels, Philly cream cheese, Royal Cup coffee, real orange juice, 4 or 5 different kinds of cereal, and tons of fruit. Again, I'll be back!

Room was very small and dated, but definitely clean. The room smelled musty, but it wasn't overwhelming. We went 4th of July weekend when everywhere was insanely expensive, and Beachwalk provided a great deal for the money. Provides a shuttle to the beach, but walkable without small children. Very close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Would stay again, perfect for a weekend trip.

The location was fantastic in relation to the beach, restaurants and markets. The staff was very friendly and helpful, very clean property. We were able to take our dog, as were several other patrons of the hotel. It would be nice if there were a place near the pool set up for owners of dogs, so they didnt have to leave them in the room. Also, if they could keep the doogy bags filled to clean up after dogs. It was great that they had ice and water dispensers available through out the location. We would very much stay there again.

Free breakfast! Bed sheets had (washed) blood stains yikes. A great place to stay because it is two blocks from Cologne Plaza/Cologne beach - agreat part of Hilton Head. Also, had a free breakfast daily so that was super. Great value for the price!

Overall an okay stay. Clean but not exceptionally decorated rooms. Very small. Staff were very nice. Nice walk to the beach. Close to alot of very good restaurants. I would stay again if only for a couple of nights but if wanted longer, I would stay somewhere else.

The beds were small and very uncomfy... the bathroom had a very strange setup... a drain in the middle of the floor where your shower water drained. We weren't impressed with the room, or the "deluxe continental breakfast"... which was basically just stale cereal and bagels. The room was in a good location, just a few minutes walk from the beach, and close to restaurants and shops. We loved Hilton Head, but probably won't be staying at the Beachwalk again anytime soon.

Cheaptickets forgot to book my reservations for my daughter's wedding and lied about having a suite. I will never travel with them again!!!

Every one was very pleasant. can't wait to go back. Plenty of parking convient to room.

The room and bathroom were very small. We had a "kitchenette" but it was right by the bathroom sick and there were no kitchen supplies even if you wanted to use it. Luckily we didn't spend much time in our room. Our toilet tissue kept getting wet because of the location of it to the shower and because the bathrooms are very small. You can't even open the bathroom door if you are sitting on the toilet! However, the staff was fabulous and we just called them if we had questions. The location of the hotel was wonderful! We didn't drive our car the whole time we were down there because we were able to walk everywhere--the beach, shopping, dinning, grocery store, etc. There is a "deluxe" continental breakfast but we didn't take advantage of it. I think it ended relatively early (like 9:30 or so). We may stay here again but I think I would rather spend a few extra bucks for a more spacious room in the same location.

We took our 12 yr old granddaughter to see the ocean and for just staying a night or 2 was OK but the rooms are very small and the bathrooms are extremely small. The refrigerator was not working well until we put a tub of ice in it. The worst thing was the door, it squeaked so loud when you open it that it probably woke everyone up on both sides of us. It really needs some 3&1 oil. If you were there more than a day or two I would not recommend it due to size but overall it was quiet and clean.

SHort drive from beach. Could not walk to beach, needed updating and a overall general facelift. It's getting dingy. Good place to stay for basic accommodations. No extras, but a good location and short drive to the beach. It would be a bit of a long walk despite the hotel name. There is a small outdoor pool and free breakfast, although I didn't use either one.

Location and be is GREAT! You could fall asleep in 10 minutes. Everything was around; restaurants, mini-golf, the beach, biking, etc. If you want family fun, Adventure Cove is the best. The beach is also nice. But the hotel sometimes has wierd smells and the refridgerator is very small. The breakfast wasn't that plentiful. They only had ONE MINI-GOLF HOLE! The workers were the nicest I've seen in my life and helped you out even if it wasn't needed. They were very friendly and had on-the-spot clean-up.

Location. Rooms were old andsmelly. This hotel was in a nice location in Hilton Head, just a few blocks from the beach. However, it was not as nice on the inside as on the outside. The staff moved us to a room which only smelled mildly moldy and stale.

Small room, poor staff, old towels under the bed, and the words my room dated 5/23/05 written on the wall in ink, looks like Oxy clean is not in the budget for this place, nor is a budget for training staff."

Very courteous staff and allowed us to check in about two hours early. Staff was very knowledgable about restaurants and activities in the area.

Friendly staff. Musty smell. Bathroom somewhat not clean. Bed and pillows not comfortable. Close to shops. 2 blocks from beach.

The hotel rooms were miserable. The blankets were torn and dirty. There was a horrible smell in the rooms, our friends had checked into this hotel. They said the same about the smell in their rooms.
