before booking the receptionist told me it was wheelchair friendly. i arrived there to find this was not the case. the receptionist was rude and full of attitude and denied that any of the receptionist were guilty of telling me this. i asked for the manager he was really polite and nice and arrange other accommodation and paid the extra price difference at a wheelchair friendly hotel. i informed him of his advertising error on various web sites advertising disability friendly and he is currently correcting the problem.I WOULD GET A NEW RECEPTIONIST IF I WAS HIM SHE WAS A SHOCKER.

Paying $200.00 a night for 3 adults I was expecting a rather large and comfortable room, instead it was very small and had rather old linen that is in desperate need of updating. On check in, I noticed our mini bar was completely stripped of all alcoholic beverages, I immediately went and told the receptionist who basically accused me of taking them. I told her I would not be paying for them. I ended up having a packet of chips, that half way through consuming noticed they were out of date by over a month! I told the lady this on check out to which she replied "they still taste the same, that will be $3 thanks". I was feeling ill and couldn't be bothered with an argument but as a manager of a hotel myself, I know this is completely unacceptable!! I was disgusted and therefore will not be staying there again. I have spoke to 2 family friends about this and they have had similar run ins with the receptionist.
