Access for handicap wife; helpfulness to accomadate. First room, we checked into, needed new blinds and cleaning. There were no drapes on windows. We were then given option of 2 other rooms and chose 1 of them; they then obliged us with a credit for our inconvenience, which we appreciated. Understanding that things probably not done previously because they didn't know, or they didn’t have time due to turn-over rate.

Gross. Didn't have tennis court, restaurant and coffee shop etc. Awful and expensive. Didn’t even have a microwave, refrigerator leaked all over food ruining the contents. Don’t waste you money.

Convenient access to beach, nice pool. There were no complimentary shampoos, no hand towels. This is a nice place to stay if you have children. Our kids loved jumping in the pool after spending the day at the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful.
