The Beach and towne is a very humble establishment with out all the bells and whistles of the bigger hotel chains on the cape. The price, however, more than compensates for this. The Location is central to the whole of the cape and is literally 15 minutes to most of what we had wanted to see. Shopping, tourist sites, restaurants and supermarkets were all with in a stones throw. The hotel itself was neat and cozy. The staff was communicative and hospitable. They even offer free WiFi! I was very please with the hotel and would definitely visit again.

Room was conforable and quiet. No AC outlet on the wall the desk was on. Had to connect my laptop to another wall outlet. Could not get the wireless connection to work (the system did not like the password given to me). The bathroom fan did not work (switch broken,two days before it was fixed).
