they have no respect for the customers, they slam the door on them and talk with no respect, electricity didnt work most of the time, etc..

Facing the lake,, lake front,, ,well,, it does face the lake, but you can't see it. In fact it's about 1/4 mile away. The rooms are older but clean, and the staff is VERY helpful.

We had a great time riding our bikes on the beach bike trail that goes to downtown and beyond. The staff was helpful sending us on the streetcar to city centre along Queen street. Loved sitting in the sun with our morning coffee on our balcony looking out onto the backyard that goes to the lake. My favorite perks were the free parking and high speed wireless.
