The Be Live Grand Viva Beach is conveniently located a few steps from the convention center while enjoying a premier location on a beautiful private stretch of beach. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and exciting nightlife are close by. Famous ancient Mayan ruins are a day trip away at about 75 miles, but well worth the drive. The Be Live Grand Viva Beach is 30 minutes from the Cancun airport.

The 216 guestrooms at the Be Live Grand Viva Beach are comfortably equipped and decorated with a Mexican touch including dark wood, terracotta tiles and wrought iron finishes. Each comes with air conditioning, ocean views, full baths, cable TV, and a hairdryer.

The Be Live Grand Viva Beach occupies two 8 floor buildings and underwent major renovations in 2004. There are two fine restaurants, multiple bars including on the beach, a marina, fitness center, spa with all services including wraps, facials and aromatherapy treatments. Babysitting is available along with a full range of beach services including towels, massages, drinks and waiter service, and private huts.
