No internet in the room. You can get a wi-fi at the restaurant by buying it at the front desk but you cannot use it in the room. Not enough parking for hotel guests. Breakfast buffet is not bad but you better hurry up since they will start removing food from the line 15 minutes prior to closing for breakfast. Room won't be that bad if they renovate or refurbished. If they can only offer internet service in the rooms, that will be a good start and I will come back there again, if not there are better places with the same or lower price.

Everyone was very helpful. Front desk, bellmen, food service, housekeeping, swithboard operater, security and managers were excellent. The building is clean and in a good location, directly across the street from the American embassy. When I return to Manila, I will always stay at Bayview Park Hotel.

I have no regrets taking this Hotel! However, just a slight comment which I'm sure will be dealt with, when I check-out and was handing my check-out slip to the doorman, he just took it from me without even smiling or asking me if I need transportation. The other personnel outside the door just look at us while we were waiting for a taxi, so i decided to walk and find a taxi for ourselves. I guess it would help if they would be more accommodating even if the guest are checking out or not. Also, security wise, I would recommend a tighter security measures, as I notice people just keep walking in and out of the place without any security check whatsoever. I guess they rely on the faces and assume that people walking in through the hotel doors are guests. All in all, I have a great stay!

Not a bad hotel. Requires some updating.

The only so-so comments that I can make is that there are no selections for coffee blends, incomplete Internet cafe facilities like printer and scanners and the transport personnel charged us more than what the hotel quoted us.

Not the newest hotel, but comfortable. Buffet breakfast is disappointing.

Bayview Park was comfortable, the room was larger than most with a desk and two chairs,TV, and cooler with drinks if needed. The bathroom was with a sink and the counter was long and has adequate space to put my makeups and other toiletries. There was a closet for hanging clothes and to put other personal things. There was one suitcase stand and a night table . The location was very good. It was accessible to Intramurus, Luneta Parks, Board Parks, SM Mall, and other restaurants like Barrio Fiesta and Mac Restaurants that I liked. There are beautiful and ancient churches around .It is accessible to other parts of Manila and adjacent places. All in all, I was satisfied and comfotable in this hotel.
