Only stayed 1 night but staff very nice and friendly, room spacious and very clean, comfortable bed. Even though Hotel was not right in the middle of Melbourne, this was great as there was no extra charge for vehicle parking and the city a short tram ride away, with tram stop just around the corner on St Kilda Rd. Tram tickets also able to be purchased at Reception. Good value would definately stay again rather than pay the higher room charges in the City.

Great position close to city by tram, opposite a lake where you can go for walks or meals.

Generally a very nice hotel, close to centre although nothing immediately nearby. Only negative comment is the ridculously high charge for internet use in rooms. But there is free access if you don't mind sitting in the lobby.

Hotel was really good inside. My bed was saggy on one side thou. Parking was free which is good but car park was very tight. Check out was at midday which was great too. Not many places have that. I would stay here again. Well Done!

Quite large rooms (mine didn't have a view), clean and with everything you'd expect. Good location between CBD and St Kilda with trams 5 mins walk away but nothing immediately nearby. Good breakfast (but not included in my deal and again not cheap). Internet charges in the room are ridiculous but there is free wifi if you have a laptop and don't mind sitting in the lobby. Don't know why they adopt this policy.

A bit run down in some areas, mis-match decor. Nice lobby. Nice room. Terrible fluorescent lighting in corridors. Food quality/freshness was bad, had to complain. Shower was unsatisfying due to "water saver" head.

The room was quiet, the restaurant was welcoming and the service personable. Cocktails at the bar with live music was done with style. An altogether pleasant stay. We will stay there again.
