For the price, was more than I expected. As close as it was to the interstate, noise during night was not bad. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was convenient as we had to head out early for soccer games.

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the person working the front desk Saturday evening and Sunday morning. I felt the person working the desk when I checked in seemed stressed and was a bit rude. This is a decent hotel for the price. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly. I have stayed at this hotel more than once and sometimes the breakfast is bad and sometimes good. On my last stay the room was noisy with small children in the halls,a dog barking and doors slamming.It has been more quiet in the past.

Wonderful stay, the 24 hour pool was great, and the Hot breakfast was very satisfying. Will definately stay again.

The staff noticed a leak, which they thought was coming from our room. They decided it was best to fix this at 4 a.m. or so and woke us up by POUNDING on the doors, (like they do in movies when the police arrive at the suspects' doors), only to realize about 5 minutes later that it was coming from another room. I only needed the hotel to sleep in, but instead the hotel staff woke us up and did not offer any compensation, merely apologized. I felt this was rude.

Extremely pleasant staff, clean environment nice amenities. Too much chlorine in hot tub, lots of families with kids running around. Easy on/off from freeway, good bang for buck, clean, no freeway traffic noise even though it is right on the freeway. Exceptionally friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

I was a late check-in. The room was clean and hallways very quiet. I just needed a place to sleep overnight. It is nice to know there is ample room, if the family ever needs to stay overnight. I have never stated at a Baymont hotel. The outside is very simple and drab looking, do not judge a book by its cover. The location was perfect, off the highway. If your looking for a "view" you won't find it. However it is very close to many restaurants, and shopping areas.

My husband and I stayed here for a leasure trip. We stayed three nights and were able to upgrade to the King suite on the third night. The housekeeping were great, staff was friendly. Free internet in rooms was a plus. They offer breakfast in the morning and have a nice indoor pool and hot tub. Good place to go.

The hotel is clean and meets the star rating quality. The hotel staff was not friendly, who asked me to spend about 39 dollars more to allow four of us stay in their hotel. The location of this hotel is just 10-15 minutes away from downtown La Crosse. However, the hotel staff is not friendly enough when my friends and I arrived at the hotel. The hotel staff asked my friends and I to spend more than 39 dollars to add two beds in the our room. But, she did not request any additional beds, instead she laded one of us sleep in the sofa. I was unsatisfied with the staff's attitude of this hotel and will never live in this hotel ever.

The Baymont has a 24 hour pool which was great especially with the kids waking us up at 6a.m. The continental breakfast had a large variety. This hotel is very close to shopping and dining, within a short drive of it.

Very nice breakfast bar. NA. Overall, the hotel was very nice but the staff was lacking greatly. They were not friendly, accommodating, or inviting; all things that would make me want to return. I will not return to this hotel because of this bad experience.

Accommodating. Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. We needed to leave prior to the scheduled breakfast time. I asked the night before if any of the cold items could be out early and the next morning there were rolls, cereal, juice ready prior to our departure. Good service!

The hotel was fairly clean and breakfast kept up. It was a bit noisy with the big crowd. This hotel was just fine and met our expectations for the star rating that it was.

Nice continental breakfast. Traffic on highway. Hotel room was noisy all night long. It was a nice hotel. But did not realize the traffic would be heard so much from out room.

The room size was very large and was very helpful since we had three small children. The headboards were attached to the wall with screws but some of them were lose and coming out. My son was scratched by one of them. The room was perfect for what we needed. We have three small children and there was enough room in there for the kids to run. There was also enough room for us to set up an additional bed for the baby. Very good value for what we paid!

The room was large and wonderful. The bed was excellent and we were impressed with the facility. Can't think of a thing. This was my first stay at Baymont Inn and I was impressed with the value. It exceeded all our expectations.
