I was very disappointed in the quality of this hotel. I have stayed at other Baymonts, but this by far was the worst one. If you can find another hotel, please dont hesitate to get it.

Close to where I needed to be. The bathtub was clogged & the toilet ran.

Staff was friendly, but not willing to go above and beyond to make customers happy. The rooms are not as nice as the pictures on the internet. Hot tub was out of order. Hotel not very clean. Windows in room had fingerprints smudged all over. I asked the front desk to have cleaned. They were never cleaned. Staff did not clean lobby during breakfast hours, therefore, overflowing trash cans and dirty tables. Overall, not a bad experience. You get what you pay for.

Can't beat the price, so no major complaints. Carpet by steps to breakfast area was dirty. Bathtub drain in room 230 was a little backed up (not too bad). A/C temp adjustment not working (on/off only); nice to have a/c though!

Had a whirlpool tub. Hotel room wastoo small. The hotel staff was nice, but checking in took too long because only had one person to check in 5 people waiting to be checked in.

Had a conference at another hotel that didn't have a room available. I will use this hotel again, it was a great find

They had put Sat instead of Sun as our reservation, so good thing I brought all the printouts from the computer to. The girl at the front desk was nice, but said " You were suppposed to be here yesterday," I said " No, our reservation is for today, Sunday," She did take care of us. I think that the sheets needed to be cleaned, I have bed bug bites on my legs.

Moldy rooms, unlevel refrigerator, bed was horribly at a slant and uncomfortable. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Good value. Room was clean and quiet. Morning staff were especially friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was great. Convenient to highway and neighborhood seemed fairly good. I would stay here again.

When we arrived at this hotel, there was no indication that we had made our reservation on Orbitz. We were the third customer that had the the same issue. The front desk clerk was ready to pull his hair out as he had to contact Orbitz and confirm we had actually placed the reservation. The clerk did upgrade us to a whirlpool room and imagine our surprise when we turned on the jets and a dead June bug (beetle) came flying out of the jet! I looked up to the ceiling to see black splotches of mold. The whirlpool had hair in it, as well as hair in the bathroom. We did not complain since the clerk in the morning was the same as the night prior and he treated us well. Needless to say..we will not be back and we also shall seek other travel sitesafter this debacle.

Very helpful staff, made us feel very welcome. House keeping staff did not finish our room, problem was addressed by front desk staff, efficiently. A little hard to find from the interstate, nice lobby, beverage machines would not work on the floor our room was on, staff was very nice and helped us with a little problem we had with our room. Would use again!

Needed a room in a pinch due to family in the area having to leave town. Converted from older Hampton Inn. ONLY the very basics were available. Room was clean, but the general areas outside room were not. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little difficult to locate because it is down a couple of side streets.

Good value. Very hard to get to hotel from I-71. Met expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Great price through Priceline. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety including a waffle maker.

This hotel is at convenient location to anywhere in metro Columbus. No complaints. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.

I had a good time. I was able to get additional work completed after a long day of meetings and enjoy a restful night of sleep. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I am back in the Columbus area since the location was not noisy and there were several good places to eat within a short drive.

Nothing. Faucets on sink & tub were not working, I stopped early to have a room om 1st floors received room near lift on 2nd floor. Hotel was very busy several big events going on among other dog show, Baymont was the place for dogs full of them, barking. Complained about leaky faucets to the staff, nothing was done, room next to lift & bell on it was ringing each time someone used the lift since the hotel was full it was constantly. I did not have breakfast because the room was full of dogs.

we moved from a nearby hotel, as we were eaten by bugs and our laptops were stolen. baymont inn saved our day!

Rooms were fine and clean. Need more maintenance, ice machine did not work on our floor, paint peeling in bathroom, just a few little things. Must have had a dog show somewhere as there were dogs all over the place.
