Continential breakfast was more than adequate.
Date of Stay:

Free wireless internet, safe, microwave, refrigerator are available in the room, free parking, free breakfast, swimming pool, and fitness room were available but not listed as amenities at some web site. Room was clean. The whirlpool was not in operation. The fitness room is open with demand the swimming pool is good size and open from 8am to10pm. Breakfast was basic but there is a Cracker Barrel next to the hotel. The rate was 75 (GSA rate 65) for Sunday night for the room with 1 king bed. I was charged 60 when I arrive around 11pm.

This is not a hotel to stay in with your family, spouse or at all. The maids eat in the breakfast area every morning while the guests are trying to find their way to the breakfast bar and find a seat to get started on their day. We went to Bob Evans instead. The maids leave their carts in the halls while they eat breakfast. The bathrooms need to be cleaned in the corners. Check in was friendly and the clerk checked his parking lot monitor to let us know we could park closer to the door. As the evening went on, there was a lot of activity in the room next to us with people coming and going. When we looked out to the parking lot we saw why. The local athorities were notified as was the Baymont corporate management.

Bed was comfortable. I expected a working spa closed since December. With back problems I need a good soak in a hot tub to loosen up after a drive. This was the main reason I picked this hotel. I was told by an employee that the hot tub was closed since December I stayed May 3?

The worst hotel experience of my life. My husband is hard of hearing and lishens to the TV loudly well appartnley someone compllained and while I was in the shower the Hotel Manager knocked on the door which was locked I did not hear him knock and when he did not get a answer he enetered throught the adjacent rooms connecting door.I was mordified to say the least and he scared my husband to death, I screamed to him "get out" and he said to me I must turn the volume of the tv down and then closed the door.. I was to stay one more night but I asked for a refund because of what happened I I was checking out but this man the general Manager refused saying he has the right to enter the room when the noice level is to high and it was after 4pm. If you value your privacy dont stay here.

The Baymont Inn in Lancaster, Ohio was one of the best motels we have stayed in. It was very clean, the breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very courteous, and altho it didn't furnish a resturant the Big Boy was right next door. There was a hugh mall across the street. We do hope to go back, the pool was very relaxing.

Friendly staff, nice pool, and excellent hot breakfast, even kept pool open late for my young children! Smoking rooms, common ways smelt like smoke. Nice hotel, met all of my expectations and then some.

Overall okay. The bed was hard as a rock (no spring left in it), left early 4AM due to this.

Very good continental breakfast! Sometimes too hott or too cold. not a good middle really. I had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filling and yummy. And the room was spacious and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave.

Nice bed linens. They only had a smoking room available and boy did it smell like smoke. The room was relatively clean though we did notice they needed to sweep next to the baseboards. The bed linens were of nice quality. The only down side was that the drive to the hotel was really hard to find but other than that we would probably stay again if we were in the area. The mall is very close which was nice.

Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful.

I liked the location, the comfort and the privacy of the hotel. The hotel needs some remodeling and to be more clean all around. The hotel was in a perfect location for the activities planned and the privacy and comfort of the rooms were fabulous. I was impressed with the comfort of each room, the amenities provided.

The location was perfect for the funeral. I had to attend and close to the mall. Can't think of anything. The check in and out staff was very friendly.

Absolutely nothing. Very rude, disrespectful staff, dirty pool and hot tub, hotel room had a foul odor, hallways were filthy and had odor, never had any clean towels. Rude, disrespectful staff, dirty facilities, foul smelling rooms and hallways, never had any clean towels at the pool. The front desk gave me an extremely hard time checking in because they gave me a handicap room.

I slept well. Room was clean except a lot of dust in vents of heating/cooling unit. Good value. It is (judging by wear on doors) an older facility, but seems that it has fairly recently been renovated. Walls between rooms may be a little thin if you have noisy neighbors. Some of staff seemed a little inexperienced as of early 2008, but all were friendly. I would stay again.

Excellent location, good continental breakfast. Bedding was too small for the beds. Good location. Had a good continental breakfast.

I liked it because it was clean, and comfortable. Dirty swim towels lying out in open in lobby. Overall experience was great! Would definitely return to this hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They all seemed to care about you and your stay. The staff at this hotel was the nicest that I have encountered in a long time. They would check to make sure that everything was okay and that you had everything that you needed. The hotel also had very comfortable beds and the breakfast was quite good.
