We were very dissapointed with the area, outside cleanliness and breakfast. The room had not been updated as the host had told us when we called...It wasn't dirty inside our room, but it was very unclean outside. We asked to check in 20 minutes early and were not allowed, we asked to be on the opposite side of the freeway, and was placed there anyway. One host commented (to his coworker)when we walked in on day 2 that we were the ones who couldn't find the exit, and laughed. We tried to take our breakfast up to our room and were told we couldn't. It was a place to sleep and shower, if that is all you need, go for it, if you would like something nice, keep looking. Was not a welcoming stay.

Very poor and cheap hotel. Stay somewhere else!

Bed was cozy, room was quiet, and the free wifi was excellent. We took advantage of the continental breakfast every morning, which offered yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, and fresh fruit. I travel to this area a lot, and I will definitely return to the Baymont Inn.

Stranded traveler's room and meal per diem was prepaid by faxed master card authorization to night desk . Daytime desk could not find any info and charged guest cash, Upon further information being provided, desk was able to confirm prepaid status but could not refund guests cash on the spot. This left him a bit short for the day. eventually the cash was refunded and one nights stay credited free. it all worked out but there was a great deal of anxiety and phone calls made in between time, they need to improve communication and procedures between shifts.

This was a very unpleasant experience. The phone in the first room I was given did not work. Staff made me wait sitting in room until they brought another telephone to find out - that the telephone did not work. Switched to another room - more sitting and waiting. The second room - the one I stayed in - had a very unpleasant odor - like wet dog. The cleanliness was terrible - if I walked on the carpet and then went into the bathroom the bottom of my feet were black with dirt. So called continental breakfast was a joke - no room to sit, poorly stocked and staff who obviously did not care or make an effort...I ended up standing in the lobby eating a bowl of dry cereal (no milk in containers)- after that I just didn't bother. "High speed internet" is laborious at best. Only a couple of clothes hangers provided. This is one of the low cost options in this area - and maybe it is unreasonable to expect much; but I hated the dirty, smelly conditions and lack of basic amenities. If you can afford it I would recommend staying someplace else-if you are stuck like I was, be prepared.

The beds were comfortable. The motel bills itself as a hotel, it is exactly like a Motel 6, but costs more. There were not enough towels for us and when I called and requested more, they said that was fine if I wanted to send someone down. A hotel is supposed to deliver them to the room. We asked for a late check-out of 2 hours and were told it would cost us $50.00 to do so! Then, I was contacted twice before the noon checkout time to see if I was gone yet so they could clean. I told them the first time they asked that I would be there until noon! I would not stay here again. I felt like a bother to them.

Bed was pretty good. Highway noise and tiny bathroom. Overall, it was fine. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Because the room door opens to the outdoors and I was on the side that faced I-405, the room was pretty noisy.

Rooms are a bit run down and if you get one next to the freeway, you will get an ear full! My room was had a door with 1/2 inch of space at the bottom. I had to stuff it with towels to try to reduce the noise. It was a miserable night. Get a room facing away from the 405 or forget it. There's not much choice in Kirkland. My company is insisting we book rooms at 100 a night. Redmond is close, but pricey! If I have to be close, I'll stay here again but not if I have to face the 405.

Clean room, well maintained, friendly service. Located close to a highway. This hotel is a moderately priced, no frills hotel that is well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a great breakfast restaurant across the parking lot which is immensely convenient. Overall a good value for the money. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was suprisingly very clean. It was very close to all the major tourists spots in Seattle. Customer service was five star. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was really clean and well decorated. The breakfast was easy, healthy and well organize. And the staff were very accomodating.

The maid thought my hamster was the cutest thing ever. The WiFi didn't work. They told me there was WiFi in the rooms, but there wasn't. Every time I mentioned this to the Front Desk, they just said, "Um, I could try resetting the router again." The computer in their "business center" has four IE Toolbars installed, and the first time I used it I got an infinite series of popup. I wouldn't trust it for logging into my email, let alone anything substantial. I have absolutely no non-IT complaints, and anyone who brings their laptop on vacation doesn't deserve a vacation anyway.

Good bed. Rooms were nice. Some rooms were on the freeway and were noisy. A great value. Rooms were clean and neat. Bed was great. Request rooms away from the freeway. The traffic noise can be a little loud. The stairs and elevator setup was a little weird but ok.

Location to downtown Seattle very convenient. Noisy with hwy on one side and construction on the other; no playground but the write-up of the hotel says there is. This hotel is in a good location to Seattle but we would not stay there again. It faces the I405 so it is very noisy and when we asked to move to the back side of the hotel (even though there was construction), they couldn't change our room. Later, we were told there were no available rooms. I wonder which story it is! Also, the hotel write-up lists a playground but they don't have one. Finally, whirlpool was out of service.

Excellent location off freeway - 20 minutes from Airport (all freeway travel). Doors open to the outside. Good place for the business traveler staying in the Kirkland area. Not ideal for family getaways or romantic trip. We needed a place to stay. It's location (not too far from the airport and really close to Redmond) was great for us. And they have a nice little continental breakfast as well.

Big, clean room and pool area. A lot of Soccer players in the hot tub! Overall, I had a great experience at a reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location. I had a blast and would definitely stay again!

Comfortable bed, updated fixtures, great shower. No work out room. I would recommend this hotel for a short term stay. It was very comfortable, clean and seconds off the freeway. 5 minutes from the Redhook Brewery, Chateau Ste. Michelle & Columbia Wineries in beautiful Woodinville, WA.
