They need a new cleaning manger. The towels are disgusting gray dirty color not white, like it spoused to be you can tell that they use towels as a mop.

This was my first visit to the Jackson Baymont Inn. The hotel is clean, breakfast was good, and the employees were friendly and helpful. The rooms look as if they have recently been updated and the beds are very comfortable. I think it was a nice value for my buck. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again on my next visit.

Our room smelled. Bathroom was dirty. I was woke up several times all through the night by loud guests. Complained and was told nothing seemed wrong!! We come to the Races every year in MI and will never ever recommend or stay there again.

Warm, friendly people and great continental breakfast. Needs some updating, new carpet and paint on the walls. Great place to stay, near downtown Jackson and great for the business traveler. I would stay at this location again.

The hotel was quiet and the beds, comfortable. When we arrived, the two front end staff ladies were right outside the entrance having a smoke break. I would recommend the Baymont Inn in Jackson, Michigan as it was quite clean, the breakfast was much more than expected, the staff was helpful and, it was close to the areas that we planned to visit. The only thing that really annoyed me was that, upon our arrival, there were two front end staff having a cigarette break just outside the open sliding doors at the entrance.

Parking lot was close. Dirty, worn. For a Baymont hotel this place sure was dirty, worn out. The shower didn't drain. Mold in the shower. No bath fan. Noisy heat. No elevator. Had to lug everything up the stairs. The staff was not friendly, not unfriendly either. Just not happy people working here. The hotel was a pit. Do not waste your money here as there are other hotels in the area.

Very clean for being older. Kids loved that they made cookies every evening. Needs a little more updating, such as the tile in the bathroom. Met all my expectations. The beds were great.

Comfortable bed with good selection of pillows. Slight odor of animal in the hallway. Sausage gravy was not even warm at breakfast. Nice. We wished this hotel was closer to our destination (Summit Township).

Awesome deluxe, hot breakfast and very comfortable bed. Ice machine was broke down for two days. Very nice hotel that had the best free breakfast we have ever had. They also had wonderful beds that made you never want to get up. Overall wonderful experience!

I was a nice room. I appreciated the paper The carpet in the foyer of my room was sticky dirty. First of all, there really isn't such a thing as Karma (by definition). It was good. It wasn't amazing - it was just fine.

Friendly staff, clean, reasonably priced new beds. Coffee was not too good. Overall this hotel was a good compromise between price and features. It was clean; the beds were good and the staff friendly.

Beautiful decor and excellent breakfast. Clean. The hotel was very nice room, great lobby, excellent breakfast but not helpful or friendly in working with us. They would only let us have 1 king bed. My son who is 23 years and I (mom) were traveling together. For an extra $10 they would provide us with a roll-away. We had no choice but to do this. The roll-away was very inadequate for an adult.

The hotel was clean, continental breakfast good quality. They assigned our room to someone else at 3 am by mistake. Overall, the hotel was ok. It was clean, the bed was very firm, and pillows were uncomfortable. Our stay would have been a 7 overall before the night clerk mistakenly gave our room to a couple at 3 am. We were disturbed twice and could not fall back asleep and had a wake up call scheduled for 5:30 am. The only saving grace was the breakfast was ready early that morning so we could eat before we left.

Internet, price. Lobby smelled heavily of smoke. Room was clean and looked to have been recently updated. Eggs on the breakfast bar like rubber, lobby smelled of smoke and did not reflect the cleanliness of the room.
