Overall great stay. All regular rooms should be equipped with a small refrigerator and maicrowave. But the service was awesome and great.

Very easy to get to. This was a good hotel and the only problems we had were the bathroom was very small and our room was supposed to be non smoking but you could smell the cigarette smoke in the room and all the way down the hallway.

I would recommend this hotel to people that would be staying there for one night. I definitely wouldn't want to stay there for much longer than that. Decent hotel for the price. You get what you pay for.

My mom, husband and I found this hotel online and the pictures looked good so we booked the room. When we found it we noticed it was in a bad part of town, so we parked up front and got out to go in. We told the desk clerk we wanted to check the room out before we decided to stay there. The room smelled horrible and the bed was filthy. We were not in the room ten minutes when we decided not to stay there. We came back downstairs and the desk clerk was acting jittery. We told her we felt unsafe and did not want to stay. When we walked outside we noticed the back glass of my car had been busted out!!! My husband's briefcase had been stolen, my make up bag and my purse (with out a wallet) had also been stolen. My mom walked back inside to tell the clerk that immediately became defensive and stated "Oh, we not responsible for theft." There were NO security cameras and we believe that it was an inside job. The desk clerk's cousin was sitting outside the whole time and "saw nothing." If you have to stay in Memphis the Hampton Inn at Bartlett, TN is the best. They have a security guard at night and security cameras all over the place.

The bedding was very freshly stained with biological material that it was sickening. Even the replacement sheets and comforters were unclean. Although we were scheduled for a two night stay, we felt forced to move after the first night because of the conditions. Unless there was some disaster with the staff, their cleaning equipment or a hurricane to rationize what happened to us, I would never, repeat never stay here or recommend it to anyone

"I was a bit hesitant in booking after reading some of the earlier reviews but decided to take a chance. Unlike the reports given in 2006 we found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and accomodating....the price was reasonable. The bed was one of the best we have slept in....great mattress."

I thought Baymont was a good name in a hotel, but I was mistaken. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, the pillows were beyond wore out, the tub, had a big chip out of it, and it didn't hold water when I tried to take a bath. I am very dissapointed in this room, it also smelled like a wet dog, when we opened the room, I said I wish it smelled as good as the hall.

online travel website said they had booked me a non smoking room but it was a smoking room. The hotel staff was extra nice but but they did'nt have no non smoking rooms avaible. It was online travel website's fault for hireing non english speaking employees.

Continental breakfast. Small and noisy. The room was much small. The bathroom was so small that the vanity was outside of the bathroom. The fitted sheet was too small for the bed and popped off during the night. The door wasn't sealed well, so the light from the hallway shined in the room. Plus, you could hear people in the hallway and going in and out of their rooms. Too much money for the room.

Was clean and quiet with clean and cool workout room. Only problem encountered was we were charged more than was quoted on the phone and the internet because we did not cofirm the reservation. They did not tell us this in the beginning. Would return again.

One thing I did like about the hotel is that it had security around the clock. Thought it had hot breakfast buffet instead of cold. Overall the hotel stay was straight. It was very quiet and peaceful. I really don't have any complaints about it.

"Positives first... the hotel staff was friendly and the property was easy to find with plenty of eateries in the area. However, unless the hotel and pool are renovated I will not be staying there again. The carpet felt gross under my feet and the shower had shoe prints in the tub. The beds were too hard for my taste and the air conditioner worked just okay. I picked a hotel with a pool for my kids but the whole pool area was not well maintained. I was disappointed with the hotel overall."

The morning staff was very nice and friendly. Evening staff was rude; urine all over the toilet; toilet was running so husband had to fix it before we could go to sleep at 1am. Would not stay there again.

"The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in giving directions to sites around the city, as well as the schedule for the festival. Cleanliness of the hotel and especially the rooms could use some improvement, the main thing being the rooms needed to be aired out to get rid of stale, musty odors. Overall, I would rate the stay as 'good'. "

"Although listed as 3 star, it is a low 2 star. Clerk confirmed it is 2 star. Dirty, smelly, not well kept. Will not stay there again."
