We had a wonderful trip - the hotel is located off I-55, which is very convenient. I liked that it was in a very quiet location. The pool was very nice, rooms were clean and breakfast was wonderful. I would stay here again!

The hotel was very clean and very convenient to where we needed to go. Rooms were very small. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were clean and smelled fresh. the microwave and refrigerator were fantastic in the room. the only uncomfortable thing was the room seemed rather small but was still comfortable and very quiet for being on the interstate.

The Baymont is a nice, clean hotel. The staff is friendly. We stayed for 2 nights and were glad we had lots to do in the area, because the room was really too small to be comfortable to spend much time in for 2 adults and 2 teens. The breakfast was basic, not too impressive, but it saved us money! Would stay again as long as we weren't planning to spend much time in the room. Outside door into stairwell was not locked any of the times we used it.

my wife and i always have been staying at the baymonts anytime we travel....we chose the baymont inn springfield and we do not have any complaints at all .........evrything was perfact, the breakfast had many items but the irea was little small if there are two many people....

The location to all the historical sites was great! The room was clean and the staff was helpful. It is a pet friendly motel and that also met our needs. The down side was that the hot tub was broken on the second night of our stay and that was the night I had planned to use it. The breakfast said "enhanced" but still a very basic continental breakfast.

Two night stay with the grandgirls. Friendly staff and very accomodating. Very clean rooms. Very nice pool area. Can't go wrong here. Close enough to shopping and downtown historic areas. Great Value for the money.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, spacious, and the bathrooms were clean as well. I was very pleased with the rate relative to the accommodations.

The staff is super friendly and very nice. I had a great time talking with them. The rooms are in great condition and the breakfast is yummy. I am a coffee snob and the cappucino machine they have in their breakfast room is a step above any other hotel I've been to. I was able to get a ton of work done in the spacious room as there was plenty of room to spread out.

i have been staying here for years whenever i travel to springfield, lately this property was under some renovation, i came back here after 3 months and guess what? ............... rooms are in awsom situation, many improved services and very nice pool as well, will stay here frm now for sure.

well lately our whole traveling group has become a big fan of baymonts.............I recently stayed ant the baymont at springfield and rate was fine .......... hotel/rooms were nice and clean, very nice breakfast in the morning, very nice pool/spa and surrounded by many restaurents ............. what else do i need? will stay here or at all the baymonts for sure

nothing special to say, everything was fine as expected , i was here in march too, looks like this place is improvising, i like the breakfast choice here and the very important reason to choose this location is their very fast wireless internet and the restaurents close by.

I was told check in time was 2: pm, we arrived at 5:30pm. The next morning the pool was to open at 7:30AM. We went to the pool at 9:00 AM and the door was locked, they said the pool would not be open till it was cleaned, we waited another hour for the pool to finally open up and I don't think it was ever cleaned or tested. The front desk staff was not apologetic at all. The room was decent but you could hear every movement of the people upstairs. I probably will stay elsewhere next year for the fair.

The price was right for a place to lay your head. No sink in bathroom, no extra pillows. This hotel was okay for a quick night's stay - but I wouldn't want to linger. The breakfast room was messy, small, and hot. Hallways were hot too.
