It was nice, I was able to get some much needed rest. Didn't have to worry about noise it was nice and quiet. If a refrigidare was in the room itt would have been perfect.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room had stale smell, flies in room, carpet felt wet, AC unit was very loud. Hotel is for someone traveling alone and needing a quick inexpensive place to stay for one night. Would not recommend if bringing spouse or children along.

I will NEVER stay in the Howard Johnson Hotel on 1400 NE 63rd St, in Oklahoma City again! 1. carpet was filthy, they never vacuumed it during the week we were stuck there. my feet were black simply from walking on the carpet 2. the bathroom was filthy, we specifically asked them to clean it - 3 times - they never did (see #3, 4 & 6 below) 3. the toilet stool had dried up urine stains around the base - I mean this stuff was OLD 4. the bathroom sink counter was filthy, we wiped it down with a WHITE wash cloth, and the cloth had YELLOW stuff on it after one wipe 5. all 4 legs on the table in the room were loose, I had to push it up against the wall and prop my feet against the two front legs to get it to hold still 6. the shower/tub enclosure was filthy. apparently the maintenance guy had tromped around in the tub while fixing the ceiling; his boot marks were permanently imprinted in that non-skid stuff on the bottom of the tub. the tub bottom was not white any more 7. the shower curtain rod had been painted at some point in time and that paint was peeling off every time we moved the shower curtain 8. the airconditioner was not properly set up. everytime we turned on the A/C, it blew the window curtains up and away from the windo so all the cold air went up inside between the window and the curtain - certianly not out into the room where it was needed

Our room was clean. WE enjoyed the pool & the continental breakfest. We would stay there again.

Pool was ice-cold, full of leaves. Hair found on my bed pillow which wasn't mine. Top sheet seam was torn and hanging loose. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Towels fluffy and thick. For the amount of money we payed I would look for cheaper accommodations elsewhere and probably have a similar scenario and not worry about the money spent. We could have approached staff about the hair but who wants to be a whiner? I just hoped it was the maid's and not a previous guest's hair. There seems to be a trend for Motels to have soft mattresses versus some years ago when most were brick hard. In my book a Motel has outside access to the rooms and a Hotel has indoor access only. This was definitely a Motel.

Everything was great for the most part. They were a bit understaffed as the front desk employee was the one to grab the extra pillows we requested, but she did so quickly and with a good attitude. There was some loud construction around the pool area making it difficult to relax in the sun, but that was our only complaint. We were running behind at check out time and they were very flexible and accommodating. Overall not a bad hotel at all for the price.

Breakfast. Lady at desk was friendly upon arrival, but beds were very hard and sloped on edges.

Room not a requested, had to get insistent with clerk to get corrected. Dogs in nearby rooms barked throughout the night. Dead beats seemed to be constantly lurking about smoking cigarettes and looking lethargic. Upon checkout manager did not seem interested that room was not as requested. Location is in bad area to town for most activities. Will look for nicer accommodations next time. You get what you pay for.

Its was average nothing. About what you would expect from a low budget hotel

Very dirtyI could have got a 35 dollar room for what I got. Water came in from under the door. Room smelled of must. Paint was peeling everywhere. Did not even make an attempt at the food bar to many people. Place looked like a very run down hotel.

Room was nice and clean, staff nice and friendly, pool clean and enjoyable. No hot water on the morning of my meeting. I had no time for a plan B. So a cold shower was not so pleasant. Had no problem with hot water the day before. If you are from out of town, You will have to travel 15 to 20 minutes to find a place to eat. I wouldn't have stayed here if I knew that.

Hotel was ideally situated to our vacation destinations. Not big fans of big city traffic so we jumped on and off the Interstate with ease. Easy navigation to Brick Town, Botanical Gardens, and National Memorial. Clean/quiet rooms. Clean/comfortable eating area for complimentary breakfast.

Excellent value for the money. Very good breakfast. Apparently American owned and managed!!!

Overall the hotel was enjoyable. The only problem we had was that one day when we were out the cleaning staff went through our suitcases. Nothing was missing but things were definately moved around. The management was eager to correct this problem.

Dark parking lot - felt unsafe.Could hear every noise outside the room.

Staff & housekeepers were excellent! Didn't want for a thing! ONLY complaint was they only left one package of coffee 'condiments' in a room for TWO people. Getting ice or access to vending machines was VERY inconvenient...quite a walk from our room...and NOT convenient to get in the car and drive to the front desk area. Thought the pool was indoors...it wasn't, so no fun there...still to cold for outdoor pool to be open. Bed was comfy, but needed four pillows, not three. I imagine they would've gotten us another had we asked for one.

had to travel 1& 1/2 hour to get where I want to be in the first place each way

Nothing. Thankfully we were only staying one night. Area around and hotel both run down. We have stayed at many two star hotels through Priceline, and this one is the worst we have ever found. The hotel across the street was band new and was listed as two star. It's price was exactly the same. Would not recommend to any of our friends or acquaintances.
