We arrived at the hotel late but the staff was very helpful... The room was clean and tidy... The facility was handy... The complimentary breakfast was good too.

Nothing. Everything. It was a place to stay for business.

Well appointed modern design hotel. Great suites with flat screen TV's and easy to use free Wi'fi. Great bedding and well equipped spacious bathrooms at a very reasonable rate. the modern decor can be a bit disturbing to the eye however. Staff is pleasant although seem a bit pre-occupied. Good free breakfast with a nice selection of teas, although hot items are often lukewarm, a good fix would be to have microwave capability at the breakfast bar so that individuals could adjust the temperature to their taste. Well equpped fitness room, but the hot tub is outside, Hard to find a better deal only 20 minutes from Snowbird

I was there for a wedding at the Salt Lake Temple and stayed three nights. The staff, especially Stephanie, was great. I came earlier than the check-in time and she got me into a room with a microwave and refrigerator. She also allowed me to get into the room by noon, even thought the check-in time is 3PM. (I had been up all night in order not to miss my early morning flight and was exhausted.) She was kind and very understanding. She even recommended a great restaurant across the parking lot from the hotel for me to get a quick meal.

The breakfast buffet was nice with waffles and fresh fruit. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The hotel was very pleasant. Easy to get to, convenient to the airport. The breakfast buffet was nice, it had waffles along with the normal breakfast items of bagels, pastries, cereal etc. There was a very nice lady making the waffles for people, was a nice personal touch. The room was clean. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, your standard cheap motel beds other than that it was a pleasant stay. It would have been nice if they accepted pets.

Clean , comfortable, with pleasant staff. Nice hot tub and free breakfast. Wireless wi-fi that actually works and available free computer access in comfortable lobby. No lavishness here, but convenient and a great bargain.

Booked on-line and prepaid. Upon check-in the hotel clerk insisted that I leave a credit card for incidentals. Upon check out the front clerk refused to give me a reciept saying that since I prepaid I would be e-mailed a receipt. After I got home a 56.00 charge appeared on my credit card bill. I was told they have issued a refund but it has been time consuming tracking it down. If they are going to insist on a credit card upon check-in for a prepaid room, they should at least print a receipt upon check-out. Parking lot was being refinished and we were told to park in a certain area, which we did. Early the next morning, we got a call to move the car again and had to park on the street. Restaurant was closed. Room was noisy. We had stayed here once before (last year) with an OK experience and it is close to the airport but I think next time I will try one of the others in the area.

This is one of the best park, stay and fly hotels in Salt Lake City. The rooms are basic, but clean. The staff is friendly. I am not sure about the extras, since I usually get in late, and fly out early.

It was quiet. The room was freezing cold when we arrived. We turned the heat to high and the room didn't warm up enough to keep us comfortable. We froze all night. I would not recomend this hotel at any price.

I have to admit that I relied on the reviews of Baymont Inn on your site as well as the rating provided by AAA; unfortunately, my husband and I were rather disappointed with our room. We checked in approximately around 7PM on 10/21; since we were scheduled to meet our grandson in Draper (approx. 20 miles away) @ 7:30PM....we just got our "key" and asked the location of our room. We went to see where the room (#236) was located, went in just to turn on a light and left; we returned at almost midnight - sadly disapppointed to see how stained and dirty the carpets were - from the front area of the TV center to the end of the second bed by the window - it was disgusting. My husband decided we could deal with it and proceeded to shower and go to bed. It was almost 2AM before I went to bed - immediately upon laying down, the alarm clock went off and did so every hour on the hour. I tried everything I could to "turn it off" including trying to unplug it, but I am sure that you have provided for thefts, so I was unable to do so. The other problem was that it got cold and I tried to turn on the heater - to no avail.....it was just blowing cold air, so we proceeded to turn it off. I can allow for some discomforts, but I have to tell you that after only getting about 2 hrs. sleep between the alarms and coldness of the room, I made myself a promise that I would think twice about staying at a Baymont Inn in the future. Upon checking out, I did disclose the above to your clerk -Kira. CC: AAA

The room needs to be fefurbished and NEVER take a room next to the ice machine. Very noisy hall way.

Older motel on the inside but looks great from the outside. Breakfast was good and filling. No internet from our room, only the lobby and they let you print out your airline passes for free instead of charging you. We'll likely stay again at the same place upon return. PLEASE make sure anyone who stays here goes to the RED IGUANA Mexican eatery on the drag heading towards downtown (wonderful food and atmosphere with huge servings).

The waitress at the breakfast bar. The hot tub. Cramped, the microwave and refrigerator blocked part of the hall. Old hard beds. No clean cups left in room. The hotel was clean, but the beds and bedding need replaced. We had trouble with the keys, we had to have them replaced twice.

Check in was easy, price fair, rooms ok......nothing remarkable. Three problems made our stay less than comfortable. First, no elevator. Our room was on the second floor so we had to lug six heavy pieces of luggage plus our carry-on pieces up two flights of stairs. No assistance offered. Second, window curtains did not close fully so we had bright lights shining in from outside on I-15 as trucks and cars went by. We forced the chair up against the curtain and the wall which helped some. Third, we woke up the next morning with bites from bedbugs.......gross! If you can afford it, stay somewhere else.

Stayed at this Inn for 5 days, asked the front clerk when I arrived if they had the correct billing of the room to my company account. They said yes, but they needed my credit card for incidentals. The night before I left, I found that my debit card was overdrawn. Asked the hotel clerk about it, she said they don't bill until you check out. UNTRUE! When I checked out I found, of course, that they indeed charged the room to my debit card. Trying to make my flight out, the clerk agreed to reverse the charge and have the manager correctly bill it when she arrived later. When I landed in Atlanta, I called the manager and found that they had billed the room BACK to my debit card again! Now I am trying to get my money back, pay for my overdraft fees, and explain to my bank why they should not put a black mark on my credit rating. This, on top of the non-working phone and the slamming doors at 4 a.m., the only good thing about this Inn is it being close to the airport. Of course, where it's at, you don't want to wander around after dark. Highly advised my corporate travel rep to NEVER have any of our other employees stay here again !

We checked in at this motel on 9-4-08 and the first room we went to stunk from smoke, it smelt like an old bar. We went back to the desk and they gave us another room which had some odor but we did'nt have time to run around and check motels so we decided to stay. The first thing we noticed was syrafoam cups all over without any covering at all. There was half empty shampoo bottles, 1 wash cloth for 2 people and the overall room was not that clean. When I went to complain at the desk the next morning is all they did was write it down and say they would have to get a new cleaning service. We have stayed at a lot of motels and I would rank this among the worst.

The breakfast. The outdated room. I thought the room was a very outdated. It had cement walls and was not very inviting. I would not have wanted to stay there alone, it just did not have a warm feeling. We were disappointed that there was no elevator to the 2nd floor. With heavy bags that is no fun. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good with great service.

The old saying you get what you pay for applies here. The room and its decor is dated. Desk chair was broken down, a burned out light and non working vent in bathroom didn't help first impressions of the place.A mention of the poor lighting and non-working vent in the bathroom to the desk clerk was passed on to the manager. The Manager called to discuss the problems within an hour and had them taken care of by the next day. She offered to move me to another room if I desired- I declined as I was unpacked and didn't want to "load up and move".The staff was nice and the room was always neat and clean upon my return from the days activities. The morning breakfast was cold cereal, cold pastries, juice, coffee, toast, and bagels (typical continental style). The small area that the hotel has for serving breakfast does not allow for a smooth flow of serving activities in the morning but they make the best of what room they have.If you want to spend a small amount of and be close to the Airport, I-215 and I-80 stay here you can't beat the location for the price. The Encore Restaruant next to the hotel had a good selection of items on the menu and the food was good at a reasonable price. Would I stay here again--maybe as a overnight stay when catching a early flight out of the airport--longer than 1 night I would look at spending a little more and upgrading my accomadations.

Let me clarify that I do not have high expectation of inexpensive hotels. Despite the hotel not being full, we were given a room in the far back corner. When we opened the door to our room, it reeked of cigarettes. We even found a partially burned cigarette. Perhaps the rooms are so musty and dingy that the cleaning staff didn't notice? You could see from across the room that the bed sunk down in the middle. I took the cigarette down to the front desk and she noted on the account. They were willing to change rooms and the second room was adequate. The hotel also has a second floor but no elevators. The pluses include that the rooms are big and the hotel is close to the airport.
