Staff, clean rooms and other areas of the hotel. Breakfast put together in a odd order, sign said to ten, stopped at 9:00. Over all it was a good experience, clean, friendly and very helpful staff.

My family and I are we going through a crisis and we had booked a room at another hotel but apparently our reservation was lost and we came to the Baymont and they fixed us right up and gave us a discount as well ensured that we would have everything we needed. Pillows, extra blankets and even a little milk for my little girl to help her get to sleep. This is a place where they treat you like family. Special thank you to X and X on the Front Desk and the ladies who cared for our room did a wonderful job. I just can't say enough about the care and consideration they have given to this hotel... Thank you so much. Where they treated us like family

My family and I stayed here for my sons military graduation. At first we were not satisfied with the musty smell of 1 of 4 rooms. The staff quickly took care of the situation. We all met in the breakfast dining area to share stories from my sons experience. It was very well inviting by the staff. I am glad I chose this hotel. It was close to graduation and I would recommend this hotel. We had a great time at the pool. It was very well stocked and the waffle maker was enjoyed by all. Thanks Baymont for a great time!

We stayed here for my son's graduation from Army basic at Ft. Leonard Wood. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and the rooms were very clean, quiet and furnished nicely. My son also enjoyed the pool while he was on his day pass! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We only spent a one night visit while traveling to see our grandaughter graduate from Army boot camp but we were impressed with the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Because of handicaps we were concerned about having an upstairs room but the elevator was located close to the parking lot area. We were very pleased to see the room had a coffee pot, ironing board and most of all a small refrigerator for storing medication that had to be refrigerated. The room had a great layout. The hotel is conveniently located. The desk clerk was very friendly and outstandingly helpful. We didn't see much of the other staff because we didn't really spend much time at the hotel. We also did not try the continental breakfast. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and will come back next summer when our granddaughter goes back for additioinal training. .

Hotel was clean and nice, but maid service took much too long the afternoon we waited. Also, we were unable to get extra pillows and the ones we had were very uncomfortable.

This was a nice place, we had 4 rooms , one out of the 4 had a stale smell, they di come a spray some good smelling spray to help a little. But we really were treated nice here. I recommend this hotel.

Very clean. Very friendly. They couldn't move me from a smoking room to a non-smoking room. Lobby and common area are very attractive. hotel was clean and staff was extremely friendly. The one drawback was that there was no WiFi but they did have a computer in the lobby for internet use.

Very comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere. Cramped bathroom. Baymont Hotel in St. Robert, Mo. far exceeded my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. The staff went out of their way to be helpful during our stay. The continental breakfast had just the right mix of food items to get the day started off right. It was easy to find and a joy in which to stay.

The outstanding appearence. Can't think of anything. This motel exceeded my expectation. The room was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and help full. I would recomend this motel chain.

Wonderful breakfast, real feather pillows. Driveway is behind a restaurant, a bit difficult to see how to get there at night. The staff is friendly and thorough. Linens on the bed were of fine quality - real feather pillows and down comforter. The rooms had microwaves, fridge and were pleasantly decorated. But the best part was the continental breakfast - waffles, fruit and nearly everything provided that would qualify for a real breakfast.

The motel was very clean and the beds comfortable. The internet access was marginal. If internet access is important to you I advise that you stay elsewhere.The continental breakfast bar was also pretty pitiful. They didin't keep it stocked well at all.

Very clean, comfortable and would stay at this place again. Staff friendly. Nothing. I was able to work out with gym equipment. The rooms were very nice. Continental breakfast was great. Able to print airport boarding passes.

The hotel was clean and close to everything. The hotel had boil water advisory. The staff never told us, they just posted it expecting guests to read it. I was not impressed with the staff. I was upset about the fact that we were not informed at check in that there was a boil water advisory, it was just posted on a paper with small print. The staff was unfriendly when asking for bottled water though the notice stated that they would provide bottled water.
