Staff treats people like intruders,no help with any problems,invastigating your every move,broken jacuzzi ( and they charge for it),ask you to leave breakfast area, with old food,before time came.Lack of maintanance very visible, inside and outside; this hotel probably was nice in the past, but now, with current managment is going down very fast..

The beds were hard. This hotel was clean and neat, nothing fancy, but sufficient for staying the night. The beds were not very comfortable. But overall it was a nice place.

Asked for non smoking room and got a smoking room, offered to move us but after 3 times looking for a staff person behind the desk and ringing the bell we had settled into the room. The staff person offered to move us but as stated we had settled in the room already, the next solution he came up with was to spray the room and I said that had not worked before we checked in. First floor rooms were for people with pets so my 86 year old mother had to climb the steps to the second floor. Spider webs on the ceiling and behind the toilet in the bathroom. Floor not really clean in bathroom and the whole room did not smell clean. This place gives Baymont Suites a very bad name. Stay at the Super 8 next door. Person at the desk at the check in had a pierced eyebrow and ponytail when he wasn't outside smoking .

Depending on the season, rooms on the south side can see the Union Pacific line through town. The breakfast selection was rather limited. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I even had a view of one of the railroads that pass through town, which was a key reason I stay in Rochelle. Aside from the rather limited breakfast selection, the only downside to my stay would be the rather cramped parking lot- parking was plentiful but the lot seemed to be rather narrow. All in all, I would more than likely stay here again if I needed to spend the night in the Rochelle vicinity.

The pool was great. When you entered the hotel - the carpet was filthy. The entire place smelled like smoke. This hotel was off the I-88 and a good location. The pool was heated and a great to swim. Unfortunately, when you entered the hotel it smelled like heavy smoking was done in the building. Our room did not have this odor. All in all it was acceptable -- not super but would stay there again.

Nice shower. Hot tub don't work. Hot tub didn't work and smelt terrible hallways smelt bed and pillows very uncomfortable milk for breakfast was expired front desk worker not dressed nice jeans long hair kinda scary looking will not stay here again.

It was fine, but it was futher away from our activities than I thought. I should have found a hotel in Ottawa, Il instead. Not their fault. No problems. It was fine.

The staff was very welcoming. Very clean facility No restaurant on premises. This hotel is new and very affordable. We loved our stay there. We were not interrupted with other people stomping up and down the hall. Very pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming.

Everything in the hotel worked well. The host was very willing to change our room from the smoking handicapped room to a non smoking with two beds. The parking seemed limited when the vehicles and their trailers were parked around the parking lots. The hosts and workers made this new hotel a real pleasure.

Very friendly staff. Very nice, clean accomodations. Expensive charge for incoming calls. Use your cell phone. Easy check-in. Very friendly staff over the phone and in person. Honored my request for 2 queens, non-smoking room. Pool and hot tub were visible through glass walls from the lobby. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom was cramped, but clean. Digital thermostat worked very nicely. Rooms were quiet. I was surprised to see a microwave and refrigerator at this star level. Enjoyed our stay and would return if needed.

Very clean rooms that were well-appointed. Swimming pool too small. Continental breakfast was disappointing. Overall a good experience. A smallish motel with small pool and sparse breakfast bar, yet the staff was friendly, the place was very clean, and the accessibility was easy.
