Very polite staff. No problems. It was a very nice hotel for business and hold over trips.

The location was convenient for my travels. The Comfort Inn located in Ringgold, Ga was very poor quality. The overall quality of this hotel was very poor.

Front desk covered to move us to another room. Ceiling plaster on bath room floor, ceiling falling apart, in room coffee maker/no coffee/no facial tissue. We checked in a midnight for a short night and back on the road. The room was ok but lacked basic amenities. In room coffee maker with no in room coffee reg.or decaf. Bathroom ceiling was falling apart and parts of the ceiling were on the bathroom floor. The room had Toilet tissue but no facial tissue. I travel often and know what to expect for $69. This was a disappointment
